I have been researching and trying to create a tag line for my real estate business for about two weeks. Everything I run across is super cheesy and speaks to "fulfilling your American dream" and "Excellent customer service". Ok, so those are not bad ways to represent oneself but I wanted something a little more empowering. I have come up with one that doesn't make me want to throw up but I would like to get some input. How do you ladies feel about this?
Jane Doe, XYZ Realty, "Helping you stand on your own ground!"
I am looking for brutal honesty here. Thank you in advance!

Lol - I hear you! I hate them too but everyone is telling me I HAVE to HAVE one. That is part of the reason it is taking me so long. I can't think of anything GOOD
Thank you ladies for your honest feedback!
I agree with this.
I know you want a certain degree of anonymity on TheBump, but is there a certain region you're in? Rural, urban, suburban, etc? I guess I just ask because different things will appeal to different people in different places. I live a town that prides itself on being "The real West," so everything is about mountains, cowboys, and freedom. I'm just wondering if there is something specific you could be targeting.
I like it okay, but I don't think it's a zinger, if that makes sense.
Mac and cheese lover!
I'd steer clear of that "Stand Your Ground" phrase right now - its a legal theory/concept that is being examined as part of the Trayvon Martin controversy in Florida right now.
Oh, good point! Maybe look at your state, town, region's motto. Like, I know there's the whole, "Alabama, the beautiful" ad campaign or "Georgia on my mind." Maybe try to springboard off of those concepts.
(I'm good at the creative stuff and don't "get" numbers.) As I said in another post, there's a possibility that all of the English professors at my college have been getting paid the wrong amounts, and we've never noticed. *Sigh*
Mac and cheese lover!
That is a good idea too! Thank you. I had to laugh at your last paragraph. I guess the grass isn't always greener. lol
