Dh and I are knocking out series after series. We just watched all of Friends (I had seen them al, but DH didn't). We started Sons of Anarchy this past weekend and were already a season deep. Other than that, we're looking forward to the new season of Orange is the new black this weekend. We also love game of thrones, walking dead, American horror story, breaking bad (I miss it).
Which of these is LESS gory/disturbing/scary: Breaking Bad or Sons of Anarchy?
I'm not terribly far into SOA yet but I could say they're both not too gory but definitely violent. Breaking bad is seriously one of the best and most well written shows ever. I'd go that route if you're trying to choose.
Agree that Parenthood is awesome. Just started watching it on Netflix with DH. Love it! Excited for Orange is the New Black too. Also just watched Chef on Netflix. Good movie.
We just started Daredevil.... We can typically get through an episode without LO waking up! Game of Thrones though, she has ruined the last 2 weeks Cmon baby!

Beware it gets quite gory, like look away gory. FI loved it but I just couldn't get past the unnecessary violence!
There's a original show on Netflix called Frankie and Joan (or something like that) with Jane Fonda and Lily Tomlin that is HILARIOUS. Watched maybe 4 episodes already last night.

I actually haven't seen Breaking Bad, but SOA does get pretty violent. People are beaten to death, torture, whole building full of people shot up. Its a good show but the last 2-3 seasons the bodies really pile up

I second this. You need much much more of a stomach for SOA than Breaking Bad. But I enjoyed both.
@kkdb14 I got the first few seasons at the library. We're going in at 8 on Sunday to start induction & since I'll be chilling the first few hours, we're bringing the Kindle to watch the finale on HBOgo!

There have only been 2 episodes so far, but DH found the first one on crackle and we DVRed the second episode on Lifetime, but has anyone watched UnReal? It's really good!

I have three episodes left of "Frankie" on Netflix. It has been the perfect thing. I watched with my Mom. Jane Fonda looks amazing. Lily Tomlin is her whacky self. Recommend!
for all you breaking bad fans out there, there is a series based around saul goodman (the lawyer) that started a bit ago, i believe it is "better call saul"
