Ugh so my husband and I had sex this afternoon and now I'm having these BH every few minutes or so. Just hoping its normal and nothing to worry about. Already worried since I had to take this week off of work because my doctor was worried about baby's weight and my shortened cervix. Maybe sex wasn't a good idea lol
I have felt like I have been coming down with something since Wednesday ( I had no illness until 3rd tri). Body aches, chills, and air in my mouth and nose feel like they are on fire. No fever. I'm trying to figure out if it is exhaustion because I am running around a lot right now and not taking breaks or if I am truly coming down with something. DH picked me up from work and I took a 3 hour nap which is very rare. Fingers crossed it is just exhaustion!

Oh no! Beware the pregnancy cold! Sucks SO bad. I hope your nap and a (hopefully) restful weekend do the trick for you. Feel better!
Swollen/sore feet and ankles SOLVED thanks to MIL. she came to my house today with some Under Armour slides that she bought for me that have "4-D Foam" (I think the specific shoes are called Ignite VII or something). And let me tell you they are the most comfortable things I've put on my feet in months!!!!! I have yet to take them off. I put them on as soon as I stand up, even in the house. My feet already look/feel back to normal and it's only been a few hours. I highly recommend!

My BIL is a general manager for Under Armour and is basically their biggest fan of all time - I'll have to pass this info on to him, he'll be happy to hear positive feedback
Re: Daily symptoms 5/8
Very active baby for which I am thankful.
