GTKY: Gender intuition

I was thinking about this earlier today and made me wonder if anyone else has some super early intuitions on baby's sex?

For no reason than other strongly thinking it, I feel like this one is a boy. I felt the same way about my first son (like had a feeling as soon as I peed on the stick) and it ended up being right. But with my daughter, I didn't have any feelers about it. We shall see.

I don't really believe in that. If I were to guess based upon how my symptoms are different this time, I would guess a girl. But that's about it. I was convinced my son was going to be a boy because there were no other boys among all my siblings' kids.

I didn't have any special intuitions with my first. If I were to guess based on my symptoms being exactly the same, I would say this is going to be another girl.

We were team green and I didn't have any strong feelings about the sex either way. Everyone else in my life except DH thought for SURE he was a girl, and they were all wrong. I don't have any thoughts this time, either, but last time I had horrendous morning sickness and I haven't yet this time (and I know it's still early), so maybe girl?

I don't have any strong feelings yet with this one but I was certain the one I lost was a girl. I'll never know for sure but I'm just sure of it. I'm team green so I won't know till this one comes out.

We found out so early with my first that I didn't really have time to make a guess. He was all boy. With my second I swore up and down he was a girl. We were team green for that one so it was really fun when I delivered and they were like "it's a boy" and I was thinking "I know that, of course he is." I feel like this one will be a boy just because the last two were and I think it could be fun. We'll see for sure though in Feb.

I don't have a intuition about it but if I had to guess I would say girl. I have a 19 month old boy now so we will see.

With my first, I had feeling he was going to be a boy. Mostly based off the fact I was so hungry all the time and the timing of sex related to ovulation.

For this one I feel like the baby is a girl. Sex timing and I already have a boy are the only reasons. Granted, at this point I didn't have any really feelings one way or another with my son, so, what stock I put in feelings, which isn't much at all, is especially poor at this point. I'm sure I'll have more thoughts the closer to the anatomy scan I get.

I have no idea what this little One is going to be. With my twins I was sure that at least one of them was going to be a girl and I got two awesome Boys! I'd like to think its a girl but would be thrilled with another boy too

I'm not sure about how I feel, but all my DD keeps talking about it two boys- she even prayed tonight to have 2 twin brothers. I will definitely crack up if she's right. I kind of keep thinking boy, but wonder if it's just because my dd keeps talking about it or knowing that my FIL wants a boy to carry on the family name. Guess we'll find out soon one way or the other.

I don't really have any feelings as to what I am having yet. I currently have 3 boys and would love a girl, but preparing myself for it to be boy #4. Either way we can't wait to find out!

With my first I thought she was a boy. Wrong! Then with my second I knew he was a boy because my symptoms were drastically

I was kind of feeling like it was a girl... and then I had this weird conversation with my dad (who I have not told I'm pregnant yet)... he told me he had met with a psychic (he's a little weird) and she told him, among other things, that I was having a baby and it's a girl. It was SO WEIRD! I was just like "oh how funny"

I keep thinking it's twins. That has me a little nervous actually, lol As far as gender, I have no idea. My brain is stuck on girl/boy twins. I think this is DD's influence. We haven't told her I'm pregnant, but she made references a few weeks back that soon I'll have two babies growing in my tummy. Of course I had to press for more info and she said boy/girl. If she's right, I think we'll have to get her thinking about lotto numbers.

ETA: With DD, I thought from the beginning that we were having a girl

I just knew my first was a boy even though my husband was really hoping for a girl. I even referred to my little bean as a him way before we found out for certain. As for this pregnancy I'm not so certain. I wouldn't mind another boy since I already have one but my husband is still rooting for a little girl and I'm okay with that too! We will definitely be finding out.

Another team green here. We were team green with our first (a girl). I honestly though she was a girl from 8 weeks on, but as my due date grew closer, I changed my mind and thought she was going to be a boy, just because I had thought she was a girl for so long.

With my first---I really wanted a girl, but always had thought it was a boy in the back end of my mind and it was a boy. This time around so far I feel awesome. By this time last time, I was nauseated, had awful headaches and my boobs hurt something fierce. Based on when I ovulated if you are going off Shettles it would be a girl. With how different I feel, I am tending to lean that way. We will see, it is so early on. Girl or boy, as long as they are healthy they are going to complete our family in such a great way.

I wish I could remember where I read it, but I read somewhere that if you're hungry like a teenage boy, you might be baking one. I was effing starving throughout pregnancy. I ate everything. Even in first trimester. At this point in my first pregnancy, I had zero inclinations. The hunger came a little later, maybe 2nd trimester or late, late first tri. I can't remember. Anyway, that was the biggest thing that made me think boy. I only had to wait until 18 weeks because we found out. (though I kept him name a secret until he was born. I felt I could properly introduce him that way)

With DS I was SURE it was a girl. Wrong! This one I have no feelings one way or another. I'm planning to see if I can get the blood test that shows gender around 12 weeks though because I don't wanna wait!! haha Anyone else?

With my second it was because we weren't finding out so I did every wives tale I could find. Majority of them said girl. I also felt like my pregnancy was different from my first so there was that. Turned out he was all boy, but we were still thrilled.

With both of mine, I just knew. Even when we were picking out names, I would say the opposite didn't matter, because I know what it is. I was right both times, boy first, girl second. We are going Team Green this time. But, I'm kinda feeling boy.

My hubs is certain it's a girl, but that's probably because he's spent his life surrounded by females.

I'm feeling girl, too, but I really have no particular reason. I'll be ecstatic either way!

I'm just curious. Have you looked at those chinese gender prediction charts and have they usually been true? How do they really figure that out? lol

Mine says girl this time around, but if I remember correctly, it has said girl every time and I have given birth to two sons. Not sure if it was right with my stepdaughter though.

I looked at them for fun with my other 3 pregnancies, each time it said boy. It was correct, as I have 3 boys. This time it is telling me girl so I guess we will have to wait and see.

It's fun to guess and look at things (at least I think so), Just don't forget that even old wives tales are right 50% of the time.
