Water broke?

I got up at 5:00am to pee and peed and then I went back to bed and kept leaking, got back up went back to the toilet to dry off thinking it was just more pee but soon as I got into bed more liquid came out and then I starting gushing a little in spurts. I am think my water just broke. No contractions yet though. Has anybody experienced this yet? I am 36 and 5 days pregnant. Very early to start labor. Three weeks early....

I am sincerely hoping that you put in a call to your doctor before coming and posting on here...

That's what happened with my DD as well, water broke and had to be induced. Being induced isn't so bad, you can do it. Good luck, I'm sure all will go just fine!

Vega Sforza Lazar - 8lbs 3oz, 21 inch long. Born at 36 weeks 6 days, 3 weeks early. 36 hours of labor- natural birth. Very sore tired mama.

Oh boy it was hard. They wanted to induce but I gave it time and went into labor on my own at the hospital. I did get an epidural at midnight that night and had to top it off in the am because I was pushing for four hours. She had a big head and it was crowning for an hour or two. Talk about sore bum! I didn't tear though, thankful for that.
Can't wait to see your pictures and hear how it goes!

So proud of you!!! You are one tough Mama!! My bottom was sore with my first too. I asked for an epidural the second day, that's when I really needed it!!
The ibuprofen helped a lot and I took lots of baths. The epidural was magic--right? I asked if they could give me a wax while I was numb down there and clean things up!
She is absolutely beautiful!
