Middle names for a girl?

We really like Paige, Madison, and Katelyn, but are striking out on middle names... Help!

Edited to say that I posted this on the baby names group too, but we need all the help we can get! We didn't even figure out a name for number one until after she was born!

I actually like a combo of two of the names you like. Paige Madison or Madison Paige.
