    DH and I made an agreement to each tell one person and our parents about the pregnancy until the first ultrasound. I have not kept up my end of the bargain AT ALL. Like all of my best female friends and their husbands by default know.

    I let my husband have it when he spends money on lunches, cigarettes, golf, etc. Things I think are frivolous. I, however, overspend like crazy on clothes for the kids. And I think that's fine. I let him think it's his fault we don't have enough in our savings.

    This isn't a confession as much as it is a curiosity. When I was on TB with DS I don't remember the amount of fear that there is on this board. Everyone seems terrified that something is going to go wrong, and for those who have gone through the heartbreak of a miscarriage, I totally get it, but for everyone else.. well, I'm stumped. Don't get me wrong- I have anxiety and the thought that something could go wrong is in the back of my mind at times, but it seems to consume so many of the women here. Worry will not change anything. I just can't imagine going through 9 months (or even 3 months) of pregnancy carrying that fear around with me.

    So anyone care to shed some light on this for me? Is there just a high number of PgALs here? I truly don't mean to offend anyone.

    @Snoopylovesbelle makes sense. I was last pregnant in 2011, and while the Internet was obviously available, social media wasn't quite as overwhelming yet.

    Yesterday was ours too. We didn't have sex because I actually did fall asleep and feel less than sexy in between dry heaves, throwing up, and then crying because I keep throwing up. We both have off work tomorrow so I'm hoping to make up for it then. Maybe a day with him helping me out will give me the drive to go for it.

    But I also want Taco Bell.

    But I should be getting ready for work- but my bed is too comfy.

    Uhh, wow.
    Look, I have two boys and would love the experience of having a daughter. Of course a healthy baby is what every mother wants, but I'm not afraid to say that I've got my fingers crossed for a girl, especially since this will be our last. But, I haven't purchased any gender specific anything and won't be devastated if this is another boy. It's fine to sway one way or another to an extent, but some people take the whole sex of the baby obsession to a new level. Reveal parties is a great example.

    I use the pregnancy card to get out of sex with DH. I'm just so nauseous all time and not in the mood. However DH can't keep his hands off me since we found out I'm pregnant! Lol what is it about being pregnant that turns them on so much? Beats the hell out of me! I've been so Moody and hard to deal with lately, you'd think he'd try and make some distance but no, I'm constantly saying "Hands off ass/boobs!" [-X

    I steal crap from Walmart and Target all the time. I always buy something but it's like...If I'm gonna pay $10 for shampoo and conditioner and $25 for a box of diapers then you can bet your ass I'm just gonna shove that nail polish in my pants, and there's no way I'm gonna give you $5 for hair ties.

    Plus, that $5 means ALOT more to me than it does to Walmart.

    Mine is that today Dh and I went to go "looking" at new cars and ended up buying one. Traded in our 2013 for a 2015.... Added $200 a month in payments and $17,000 more to our loan.... I kind of want to cry but then I go and sit in the car and I feel better. I'm scared to tell my friends cuz they'll judge me. Lol. We are new car junkies.

    You'll get an alert if they tag you in their comment, but not if they quote you.

    If you're using a computer, hover over the icons under your username with your mouse and it will tell you what they are for.
