what size nipples for baby

My LO is four weeks and it takes her up to thirty minutes to finish a three ounce bottle. We believe it is because the stage one nipple is too slow and she gets tired of sucking so hard. We tried her on stage two nipples for her last two bottles, but it seems like she gets strangled. Which nipples should we stick with?

    I just asked my pediatrician and she said to stick with the stage one until there was absolutely no sign of swallowing issues with stage one (or two.. Randomly try it for a few minutes). It is frustrating that it it takes so long though... I completely understand!

    Also look at the kind of nipples. I got a bunch of smaller ones from the hospital when dd was in nicu. Shr can't handle the wide slow flow nipples, I had to buy a bunch of medela ones that have a smaller base and the ones they used I couldn't find anywhere. It took a few days for her to get used to them but she is doing much better.
