Monday Randoms !!

Good morning, afternoon, night to everyone depending on where you live and what time you're reading this :)

So, today is my 33 week ultrasound appointment!!! I'm so anxious to see my baby! I couldn't even sleep last night because I was just thinking about the appointment. I woke up 3 in the morning then 5 and now 7 thinking I overslept lol... I hope she is head down :)
I usually hate mondays but today is going to be a good day because I get to see my LO

What you mommies up to today?, I hope all is well !!

    I have the Monday blues. DH and I have four days off next week (I only have to go in on Friday) and I feel like this week is going to drag on because I'm so excited for our vacation!

    Had a great weekend of celebration, my baby shower, grandpa's 80th birthday, two graduation open house for family friends! Had LOTS of cake this weekend. :P Now I'm exhausted, stuck at work. Taking every once of energy I can gather to move. It would be a dream to just take one day off, from now until baby comes, but have to save up that PTO.

    Swimming today with my friend who's due date is a day after mine with our little toddlers. Then I have a doctor's appointment to check on baby. Then a trip to Wal-Mart for groceries.

    Going grocery shopping this morning and going to my kids assembly this afternoon for end of the year awards and a bunch of other stuff. My oldest is getting a leadership and most improved award and I was told the PTA should be there but wasn't told why so I'm hoping I don't need to say anything bc I always trip over my words. Public speaking is not my strong point.

    Just another day at work for me. Laundry to fold when I get home. I'm ready for my day off tomorrow. I'm excited for baby shower on sat. Keeping my fingers crossed it won't rain during the shower.

    Our baby boy turned 5 yesterday! Not so baby anymore but he will always be my baby :) I cried yesterday morning when he came crawling in bed with us. Time goes so fast and I know it will with this LO too. Oh I am such an emotional preggo lady! :((

    Had a baby shower this past weekend.... Got lots of stuff and have a baby ton of laundry to get done.
    My goal this week is to get the nursery fully ready!

    Went to see dr. this morning. Finally registered and set date for csection!! Now I'm going to be counting down the days!! :) super excited! :)

    Baby has been sooo active today! She is going crazy! I don't mind but then I'm like, should I call and tell my dr? Is this normal?

    Had a great weekend with my brother, he left on the red eye last night so now I'm just relaxing today :) sleepingin (still haven't got out of bed :P) going to take care of some things and probably just have a chill Monday :D

    I have my NST and ultrasound today so I'm always excited for an extra chance to see my little one. Hoping she checks to see if I'm dilated. I was having contractions every 5 minutes last week and want to know if they are progressing anything! I want him to stay put for 2 more weeks at least!

    @ashleytiff:  How is the world did you reach your toenails??  So envious!  

    I am still working on getting this breech baby turned around!  Inversion, chiro, moxa.  Every day I wake up and hope to feel feet in my ribs.  No such luck yet!  

    Today I went in to this store that has a nice big deli in the back thinking, "Hey, I'm hungry, maybe I'll get a sandwich..."  Dude walks up to the counter LICKING HIS FINGERS from the food he just ate and reaches to put on the gloves.  OH MY GOD.  I could have vomited right there.  "I'm all set, thanks...."  I got some soup at Panera instead, where by the way, the gal behind the counter informed me that I looked great and all the weight has gone to my belly.  Panera for the win!

    Could someone please make a Birth Announcement board?! I'd would love to see all of the new loves in one area, so I don't miss the celebration!! I'm not sure what the rules are for the board, but I've noticed other months have one up already. We've got little once coming earlier than expected!

    @Knottie99627423 I've always been pretty flexible and I'm 5'9. Seems like it'd be harder having to stretch farther but I actually think it'd be more difficult if I were short.

    I don't know what got into me today but I had a vacuum and went to town with it. I'm talking inside my dogs kennel, my headboard, behind tvs. I felt possessed. Lol

    Just came back from my appointment and she is head down !! :) I'm so happy everything went well

    And yes about the announcement board.. Idk how to make it like even August has an announcement board and we don't :( I know some ppl will be delivering in June so we should have one by now

    Had a very productive day so far. Had my custom closet installed Friday (woohoo) but I worked over the weekend so couldn't start organizing yet. Came home Sunday morning and DH already started moving things in for me to make it easier... He knows I like to organize things MY way, lol. Just finished putting everything away and in its place! Got rid of a blue IKEA bag worth of clothes for donation and Now I'm in bed ready to nap before my shift tonight!

    Oh and BIL is coming tonight from LA since him and DH are taking their dad on a fishing trip for his birthday tomorrow. I'm so glad I've been nesting because the guest room is finally ready for a guest!

    I am absolutely miserable! It hurts to walk at this point. My skin feels like it is going to bust!! Anyone have any tips on swelling??

    Was talking to dh about why amber teething necklaces/bracelets (that some people use as anklets) are dangerous (we didn't want one but his bil wanted one for their baby) & was able to demonstrate how at nearly 35 weeks pregnant I can get my ankle to my face so a baby could definitely do the same especially while teething. I'm impressed I've held onto my flexibility.

    Thank you!! I didn't know if there were certain "rules" to making one or how to get it to go to the top of page. Appreciate it!! So excited to read and hear about all of our babies coming into this world!!

    Had an amazing Monday! Got to spend the first half of the day swimming with friends. Then we had a house full of friends for an impromptu fish fry with lots of fresh veggies from our humungus garden. My guest cleaned my house, including my toddlers room, before they left. In thinking about inviting them over more often ;) . My only complaint is my entire back side is burnt to a crisp because I'm not smart enough to use sunblock despite having Irish skin.
