BRU registry how to find this...

on one of my registries they have a thank you list with names and addresses so that way you can write thank you cards and things and it allows you to see who bought what and what to thank them for

 

BUT 

 

on Babies R us how do you find this or so they even have this??? How do you see who purchased what???

As far as I am aware, they do not have this and I used to work at the baby registry desk at BRU.

I registered with BRU and don't recall this at all.I think the point of the registry is to give people an idea of what you want, not tell you who bought what as you can see what you've gotten if you get online and that would ruin the gifting surprise.  

 On another note, I (personally) think it would be tacky to keep track of and send thank yous this way.   I asked one of my hostess' at my shower to write down a list of gifts as I opened them. Who got what.  Then after I was home and getting things situated I wrote out thank you notes.  Just a thought...

They don't offer that feature, but as another women suggested, just have someone write it down at the shower as you open. If they are mailed to you directly from Babies R Us, the person who paid for the item will be listed so you will know who it is from even if they forget to put a gift message.
