Well I'm 9weeks && 6days as of right now.. tomorrow I will be 10weeks and yet I haven't started throwing up yet.. && I'm wondering if that's a good thing or a bad thing .. can someone help me out ??..
Didn't I already answer this? Not all women get morning sickness and there is no evidence that getting it means a more successful pregnancy so you can relax. It may start somewhere down the line, but for now you're one of the lucky ones.
Go find five women who have had children - for extra credit, make sure they've all had more than one. Chances are most of them didn't even have the same symptoms each time. Your uterus will grow. That's practically the only thing we can count on happening to each one of us. Other than that, pregnancy is different in every body.
I'm 10 weeks today: I threw up on Thursday. That has been the first and only time I've felt the need to puke. My mom and SIL said they never got sick during by any of their 3 pregnancies. I will say I've felt nauseous without needing to puke from week 6-9. Day one of week 10 has been nausea free hope this helps.
Morning sickness doesn't always equal vomiting. I've been nauseous since week 5 but I haven't actually vomited. I've come close quite a few times but I've managed not to out of sheer will power. Consider yourself lucky lovely! Tossing your cookies is no fun. :c
I'm now 13wks so out of my first trimester and didnt throw up at all. Had a little nausea at night time but other than that I did good. Count your blessing that you didn't have morning sickness.
I've heard w boys mommas never get morning sickness or it isn't as bad. If you're having a girl I've heard it's awful... But who knows if that's true. (Hope it is!)

Nope. Never had anything but feeling sick with DD. Same this time. I don't count that as knowing whether this one is boy/girl, either.
I'm 11 weeks and haven't been sick. I thank god every day for sparing me the MS since I have a major phobia of throwing up. My mother said she doesn't remember ever being sick with any of her 4 pregnancies either.
I'm 10 weeks 6 days and just threw up for the first time this morning-hopefully you skip it all together but I'm proof that sometimes it hits later....
Every pregnancy is different. I'm pretty sure it's 20% of women that don't get morning sickness. You're just one of the lucky ones.. you should think yourself lucky that you haven't thrown up
I haven't had a single bout of nausea or vomiting. I'm 10w5d ... and I'm thrilled. I have other symptoms but that is one that I'll gladly do without. Be thankful!
Why does anyone have to start out with "didn't I already answer this?" Good LORD if you don't want to read or answer something then just DONT
Because she posted the exact same question within 24 hours which can be confusing (and frustrating) ... for someone who responded to the last one, they might legit be confused and wondering, "didn't I already answer this?" I didn't respond to the last one, but I did see it and also had a confused moment of "was this the previous post or is this a new one?" This is why it's frustrating to have the same thing posted all the time (especially from the same person) ... and I actually thought "didn't I already answer this" was one of the more polite ways to respond but that's just me.

I had a boy last time and was terribly sick. This time it's just been off and on nausea. So it's already wrong.
But like everyone has said, it is different for everyone and count your lucky stars!

100% false. I was super sick with DS. I don't know what this one is yet but I've been sick again, just not as badly.
10 weeks today and I've only thrown up twice my entire pregnancy, once because I ate to much and the other because of a funky smell after eating a full bowl of soup. I get nauseous on the bus though
@kleshelle@313Meg Yep, I've had horrendous nausea and vomiting and I'm having a boy! Everyone was convinced it was a girl bc of how sick I've been. I honestly think it just depends on how your body processes those hormones.
My mom had two girls and never even had nausea. I had boy/girl twins and only threw up twice- both were smell triggered. My sister had a boy and was so sick she had to go in for fluids. It's just an owt- it just depends on the pregnancy.

Honey it was a legitimate confusion because I had just answered the question five minutes earlier and then it posted up again, which made it look like she deleted my comment or her entire earlier thread. Instead, in reality she posted it in a different board for no reason, because apparently mine and other people's answers weren't good enough. I DID answer again because I wanted to, because I wanted to give her accurate information because she is obviously concerned. Worry about yourself sweetheart. Why are you starting drama on someone else's post, hoping I wouldn't see because you didn't tag me, sheesh.
I've only thrown up twice and once was due to a genuine migraine (which always make me throw up) and not morning sickness.
The other time, i walked past a Yankee Candle and a Bath and Body Works side by side in a mall. The stench was too much and i yacked into a garbage can. Right by the food court. And people didn't like that too much.
Never felt nauseous at all with my first....been miserable this time. 24/7 nausea and no appetite, but only threw up for two days (straight) due to a stomach virus.
I had been really sick for weeks all day. It sucked! I've lost 10lbs since I got pregnant. I'm 9 w 5 d now. Thank god for ginger and soda. It really works. If your not nauses you're so lucky.

SMH. Talk about perpetuating myths. Have you heard of Kate Middleton aka Prince William of England's wife? You know, Duchess Kate? She had HG during her first pregnancy and was hospitalized. I think we all know the outcome of that. His name is Prince George and yes, he is a boy.
I'm sure that you only meant this as a myth or urban legend whatever you want to call it. But when you state as if it's a real possibility then it is counterproductive and can come across in as confusing for some women that don't know the answers.
* edited to add a reply to the OP. Just thank your lucky stars! You haven't been throwing up because you fall into the small percentage of women that don't have MS.
12 weeks and have had zero morning sickness. I have figured out I was unable to eat dairy for forever it felt like, baby made it all come back up! Ive been nauseas a couple times but that's it! It makes me a little nervous but I'm honestly enjoying the zero morning sickness!
I know that from the app on my phone I have no idea if I have any messages or responses to anything. I have to go back and search for it and yes, it was one of the less jerk-ish responses but still.. If she already answered then leave it alone? I've just read a lot more hurtful than helpful things on here. I think it's getting better but man, I'm so glad this isn't my first time being pregnant on here
To all the Mama's posting they haven't gotten sick, I AM JEALOUS!! I get sick atleast 3 times a day. At any given time!! I know it is all worth it though but it doesn't mean I'm not jealous of you vomit-free ladies!! Like other posts, consider yourself lucky OP!
Um I've never asked the same question twice because this was my first time ever asking a question on this site so don't get an attitude on my post just because you had to repeat yourself
