Ruby or Sage?

We are trying to narrow down our name list a bit. We are set for boys, going with Simon of Gabriel. I love short and sweet names for girls. Cannot decide between Ruby and Sage. Thoughts? I'm open to unique and original as well as traditional.thanks!

I have to admit Sage is a huge GP name for me although I prefer it for a boy. Ruby is alright not that unique though it's fairly popular.

Have you considered Dahlia? Pretty uncommon yet recognizable. Of these two I vote Sage though.

Well before my top two were Sterling and Ruby but then I end across Sage again and do love it! So Sterlngbis at number 3. I love S names.Soooo hard to decide, good thing I still have lots of time:)
