I just realized that we'll all be hugely pregnant this upcoming Halloween, so we must take advantage of that with our costumes! Anyone have any good ideas yet?
I'm paining my stomach as a pumpkin and taking picture as for costumes was thinking about family guy..!!! Beer belly all the way who wouldn't laugh at that.!
This might be a little obscure, but DH and my favorite movie is Fear & Loathing in Las Vegas. In the movie Benecio Del Toro plays Dr. gonzo and he's got a big huge gut - that will be me... DH can be Johnny Depp's charact
I have been planning on this for years! I found an M&M bag costume for $5 years back after the season. I always thought if I wasn't pregnant at the time, I could dress the baby like an M&M. But, hopefully my sticky babies continue so I can rock out the bag!
***Trying to conceive since 9/12- m/c 2/13 from natural conception.
IVF success 10/14 with m/c 11/14. FET success 4/15***
Oh Halloween is going to be so FUN this year!!! The possibilities are endless!! I've been looking at Pinterest for ideas for this. DH and I got married last year on Halloween and I costume so I've got to go all out this year!!!!
I am so excited about it that I told my friend and she wants to throw a Halloween baby shower. We were going to have a big blowout this year anyway. She was upset when I told her I couldn't drink.
Violet Beauregard from Charlie and the chocolate factory. After she turns into a blueberry.
Either that or " cheerleader in trouble".
This was my husband's idea, too! (violet and willy wonka or Charlie) I think it's super cute but we'll be at my cousin's wedding on Halloween and I don't think she'd appreciate if we show up in costume

So many people have told me it's dumb and tacky but I honestly don't care- I'm painting my stomach like a jack o' lantern and taking pictures! As for an actual costume I don't have any ideas yet but I need to figure one out because I'm taking my niece trick or treating this year since my sis will have a new baby so I love this thread!

Hey, you do your thing and a flying flip to those who tell you it's stupid. Lots of people also do the newborn as the pumpkin for Halloween, and it may be overdone, but it's still cute.
I was thinking trucker guy with a "beer gut" Although last year I dressed up as a 50s housewife so I could rerun that this year with the hubby as the milkman
Oh I'm completely stoked! I'm thinking either zombie (you know, with the baby eating it's way out) or going totally white trash with the wife beater, cutoffs, curlers in my hair, beer can, the works!
Husband and I are dressing up as characters from My Name Is Earl lol. So random. The wife, Joy is pregnant for most of it and very white trash so it'll be fun to do!
When I was pregnant with my son I did a zombie, took a white shirt and made it bloody then took a plastic doll and some foam board for support and took the arms and legs off and made it look like the baby was tearing through my stomach. This isn't me but you get the idea.
My due date with DS was 12/7/13. He ended up arriving on Halloween 2013! I totally had a cool Halloween costume of baby busting out of my belly in 2013! Obviously I didn't get to wear it but my costume kind of came true!!! Crazy!
This year I have no idea what I'm going to do yet. It's DS's birthday so we will all probably be dressed up as a theme together. Anyone have any ideas on a family theme with me being pregnant? Last year we did Wizard of Oz. I was Dorothy, DH tin man and DS was lion. It was so cute!
I was 10 days over due with dd on Halloween awhile back. I cut a hole in a t-shirt and my hubs painted my huge belly like a basketball. He dressed up like a basketball player. We got tons of comments. I was about four months pregnant at Halloween with ds. I really wanted to paint my tummy like the world and have my husband dress as Jesus/God (as a play-on of the song He's got the Whole World in His Hands). He refuses though.
2 years ago I was pregnant with my son (also a decemeber baby). My husband, daughter, and I did The Three Stooges. I was Curly (the fatter one) and was super comfy in a large second-hand suit. This year we plan on Little Red Riding Hood (my daughter), the woodsman (hubby and son), and the wolf that ate grandma (preggo me )
Re: You guys! Halloween!
But I might claim that belly bump as a big ol gut and be Mario and have my husband be Luigi.
...Johnny Depp's character Raoul Duke.
