GTKY: What do you do for a living? I'm a SAHM now but before that I was a leasing consultant at an apartment community.

Symptoms: Just sore tatas and a bit of nausea
Fears: That AF will show up
What are you excited about: hearing babies heartbeat and seeing the little blip on the ultrasound screen.
GTKY: What do you do for a living? I'm an admin assistant. I was previously a cosmetologist. I still dabble in that on the side.

Symptoms : none

Fears : just waiting to clearly miss my period
What are you excited about : being pregnant! I loved it the first time. The whole shabang: ultrasounds, monthly visits, anatomy scan!, reading weekly things of the baby growing, etc.

GTKY: What do you do for a living? I'm and ICU nurse. We do strokes, neurology, and neurosurgery. I'm also in school part-time for my Masters degree to be a Family Nurse Practitioner with credits enough to be able to teach.

GTKY: What do you do for a living? I'm a stay at home mom. Before DS, I worked management for retail for a while. I'm going to school now for Human Resources.

Fears miscarrying again! Seeing any blood what so ever
What are you excited about everything about being pregnant again. Ultrasounds seeing and hearing the heartbeat. Finding out of its a boy or girl!

Week: # 3 weeks 4 days

Symptoms: really sore boobs, strange dreams (usually I sleep like a rock), nausea (SeaBands are helping at this point)

Fears: miscarriage. I officially miss my period after today so I'm a little paranoid when I use the restroom.

What are you excited about: first ultrasound, doing some research and shopping for baby gear

GTKY: What do you do for a living? I'm a PPS Coordinator for an inpatient rehabilitation facility and I'm wrapping up my Master's in Healthcare Innovation.

Symptoms Fatigue and sore boobs

Fears Vomitting. I HATE throwing up. I have a whole secret pin board dedicated to fighting nausea. I literally hate it so much! i Hope I'm one of the few that escapes this! I made my first doctor appt with a CNM for June 30, and they didn't want me in before to do a blood test. I double checked this info with my gyno, and they said the same.... sooooo...... I'm just waiting and reading and researching and bumping and working to stay busy!

What are you excited about The heartbeat and first ultrasound. DH is coming to my first appointment, and I'm so excited to be on this journey with him.

GTKY: What do you do for a living? I'm a mental health professional. I work at a bipolar speciality clinic, and am applying to graduate programs this December. (And I'm planning to take the GRE this fall....) Currently, I am also working towards my CACI (Certified Addiction Counselor- 1) so I collect those hours at an ER doing screening and brief intervention for those with substance abuse issues. I also work as a research assistant in a lab focusing on anxiety and cancer survivors. My path is never straight, but always forward, as my father in law says lol! I'm a late in life career changer, and actually used to be a cosmetologist as well, @nicosh8! When I graduated from college the market was terrible so I gained a trade to be safe. I still cut DH's hair!

Symptoms: gagging while brushing my teeth.
Fears:miscarriage and first tri bleeding bc I am RH negative.
What are you excited about: first u/s and hopefully seeing a heartbeat
GTKY: What do you do for a living? I am a "retired" social worker and now a SAHM

Symptoms: exhaustion. Very abnormal for me.

Fears: getting my period. We want this baby so much.

Excited about: this is my first pregnancy. Yay!

GTKY: I am a full-time graduate student.

Week # 4

Symptoms sore boobs, more tired (could be due to cutting back on caffeine), some indigestion

Fears miscarriage..I become a little anxious every time I go to use the bathroom

What are you excited about first appt. at 6 weeks (not sure if I'll get an early u/s) and being able to tell some family/friends..it's so hard to keep a secret! I'm not sure I can keep it to just myself and DH for another 2 weeks!

GTKY: What do you do for a living? school psychologist for a high school

Symptoms I'm tired... but I also have a toddler so...

Fears If my MS is anything like it was last time, I'm in trouble.

What are you excited about DS to be a big brother, feeling kicks eventually, seeing my midwife again (haha)

GTKY: What do you do for a living? I'm a full time student, I co-own an Etsy shop, and I SAH with my son.

Fears: Miscarriage
Excited about: I seriously can't wait for that 2nd trimester! I am excited about telling his parents this weekend {he insists} and I'm excited about doing all the fun pregnancy things that we didn't get to do the first time.
GTKY: I am an orthodontic assistant, I have been doing it for about 5 years now and I can't imagine doing anything else. I truly love what I do

Fears: miscarriage, like everyone.
What are you excited about: getting to be apart of all the pregnancy stuff. Clothes buying, people asking, thinking about what our child will wear, etc.

I am a specialist at an Apple Store in King of Prussia, PA. I am also a certified personal trainer and love to work out!!
