I'm experiencing this now. It seemed like as soon as I hit 6 weeks it all hit me I'm having a hard time finding anything to eat because nothing sounds/looks/or tastes good....hopefully it doesn't last too long. I'm only 6w 2 d lol
I am not having food aversions, I'm having eating aversion. The food looks, smells, tastes good and I'm hungry, but the thought of actually putting it in my mouth, chewing and swallowing it turns my stomach. I try not to think about it too much and once I get started with the eating, it calms down (probably because I'm starving) but actually getting that first bite in is torture.
I'm 6 weeks 2 days. Nothing seems appealing, but I can still get myself to eat it. Only aversion I had starting this past weekend is garlic. It's a shame since I love garlic normally.
I'm 7w3d and don't necessarily have any food aversions, but most days I don't have a taste for anything. DH asks me daily what should we make for dinner and I just ask what does he want because I'm only eating because I need to, not because I want anything in particular. Kinda looking forward to when I have cravings because I love food and this is driving me nuts!
I'm 7 weeks and the last week has been a serious aversion to meat of any kind. Just the sight or smell makes me want to vomit. Here's hoping it passes quickly as the hubby is getting tired of only eating legumes as a protein.
I'm 7 weeks and have had some serious food aversions. Basically any of my normal go to healthy foods, especially greek yogurt, makes my stomach churn. I'll I want is junk food and I have no will power since I'm always hungry!! I've gained 5 lbs already!! Hoping to get back on track
Made salmon and Brussel sprouts yesterday and felt like crap all night!!! Pork belly and pasta sat much better tonight. Guess the baby doesn't want to be paleo :P
I ate hummus with vegetable chips, my favorite snack, and felt pretty sick afterward. I'm hoping that didn't ruin it for me but other than that, I'm still good for now!
