How many May mamas left?

It's wonderful reading everyone's birth stories, but I'm feeling more and more impatient with each passing day. I'm 39 weeks and 3 days with my 4th (my 3 kids all went overdue) and each day feels like a week! I'm 3cm dilated, 50% effaced...but have been for a couple of weeks now. How many may mamas are left out there?!

Me me me! Also 39 + 3 except I'm stuck at 1 cm!!!! Blah! Had a sweep today but I'm not getting my hopes up. This is baby #2, and my son was 3 days late, so I'm guessing this little chick is following suit. Hang in there!!!!

I'll be 40 weeks tomorrow. I was 3 cm dilated and 50% effaced. I have a Drs appt tomorrow and will be getting a membrane sweep. Keeping my fingers crossed.

39+3 FTM. I haven't been checked by my midwife but no labor signs yet. I'm planning to have a sweep at my 39+6 appt but I wouldn't mind if baby girl waited a day or two past my due date. I'm nervous and don't feel prepared or relaxed for this! 2 more days of work though so that's exciting!

Still hanging in here.. 39+3, been having bh for over a month and only at night. Friday I was checked and was 2cm dilated, but she said my cervix was still on the firm side.. Had contractions Friday night into Saturday morning that were 45 minutes apart. But then tapered off to 2hrs and then went away. This morning I woke up at 5am with cramps that have lasted all day. Along with a back ache. But no consistent contractions. Only random ones every few hours.. But anytime I get bh they always come at night.. Really starting to get impatient, and beyond uncomfortable! Getting off the couch is a chore! So here's hoping he comes soon!

39 +4 here. I agree, loving all the birth stories but getting impatient for my own! 39 week appt I was 80% effaced but no dialation

been walking and drinking raspberry leaf tea like its my job. 40 week appt on May 29 due date...I hope I can at least get a membrane sweep. I don't think they'll induce until 41 weeks...I hope she starts to come on her own before then.

Only 38+2 here. I assumed I would have the same complications as last time and deliver early but, luckily, I did not. My cs is scheduled for 6/4. We'll see if I make it. Since I delivered via scheduled cs at 37 weeks, I don't have a history. I didn't have any contractions with my last and have had them all month with this guy. Not sure if that means anything. 41+1. Have a non-stress test scheduled for Thursday, then an induction scheduled for June 1st, when I'll be 42 weeks. So uncomfortable and ready to meet my little man!

40 + 2 here. Going for an ultrasound today (really excited to see her since my last one was at 24 weeks). Currently at 4 cm and hoping she'll come before my induction date set for June 1st.

40 + 4 here. Was only 1cm at my check at 39 + 6. Was sent in for a non stress test and ultra sound yesterday and everything was ok, I guess she's just comfortable where she is. I've felt nothing so far to indicate this baby is ever coming and I'm starting to get anxious. There was talk of induction at 41 weeks so I guess I'll wait for my appointment Friday if nothing's happened by then to see what the next step is.

Due tomorrow. Feeling the same as everyone else. Was ancy yesterday- but having trouble being motivated to do anything besides lay here this morning. Worried I'm going to end up with a repeat cesarean. Probably need to get up and moving

40w+2d with first baby (boy) and not a single sign of labor. OB checked me yesterday and seemed worried that he hasn't even dropped down yet. Had 2 NST in the past 3 weeks and those were all fine. I really hope to have vaginal birth but OB said if I don't dilate at all in the next week (I'm at 0 dilation and 0% effacement) that we will prob have to Cesarian. I'm trying not to feel hopeless because I know eventually we will have our baby either way

41 weeks today. Feeling really frustrated because I lost my mucus plug two weeks ago and have been having on and off contractions... I hope she comes on her own will rather than having to be induced. Fingers crossed.

40+1 today. Lost mucus plug Sat (4days ago), still loosing mucus, had a membrane sweep yesterday. Having strong period like cramping since Sun. Have had a wonderful pregnancy until this past week. The cramping is so uncomfortable and I can't imagine how bad it will get or how long I'll have to muscle through it before my lil' guy decides to arrive.

Still here at 40w2d hoping to meet this one sometime this weekend. Although I feeling very lucky as they are happy to let me go 12 days over before even talking about induction. So just a waiting game really!

Fun to try all the old wives tales to bring on labour in the meantime. Good luck ladies!

I am 40w+ 3 days. I went to the doctor yesterday and I am still 1 cm. I haven't lost my mucus plug or felt any contractions. So frustrating!

Went for my appt today 39+4 and she checked me and said I'm closer to 3cm than the 2cm I was last Friday, but said that my cervix isn't much thinner than last week. So she said she was stretching my cervix. And said hopefully that will help and he will come this weekend. But if not I have an appt for June 4th to see where things stand and if no progress then talking about an induction...
