I had this happen last weekend. As scary as it is, odds are baby is just in a position making it harder to feel him/her or the baby is just not as active right now. I would try drinking something cold (OJ?) and laying on your side for a bit to see if you feel more movement. Things are probably just fine, but if you are really worried it never hurts to call your Dr.
I had a day when baby did not move much. It scared me enough to call my midwife. She told me to eat something and count movements in a certain amount of time after. Sometimes baby just has a quiet day. I've had them a few different times since then. If you eat something and don't feel baby move, definitely call your doc.
I have an anterior placenta so it's harder to feel movement and some days it's less but either way my doctor doesn't have me count movements until I start my third trimester so I try not to freak out. It's hard not too.
Had this happen last weekend. Doctor told me to lay down, drink some juice, and start kick counting. Goal is to get ten kicks in two hours. She said if that the happen to head to the maternity ward to be checked out. Part of the reason she was inactive that day was because I was dehydrated. With your cold that could be a cause too. The doc said dehydration affects the baby a lot
