Drama. This is either made up drama, or part of a cycle of needless drama. Look at how much it is stirring up reactions from Internet strangers. Now imagine the reactions from people you actually know.
If you enjoy the attention, as it seems you do, go for it. If you genuinely just don't want to deal with all this... Keep your life to yourself and just text or call your parents or whoever the welcome visitors are, when it's time for them to come.
But seriously. You need to either cut the drama or accept that you like it.
Agree generally with other PPs but building off what @klkonwi said - if you feel like you really need to outline this all, and you'd prefer to do it via Facebook and you want everyone in your family to know everyone got it so you don't need to answer whether MIL or whoever got it too, what about a group message to everyone? That would be private from your basic "friends" but potential hospital visitors would see everyone else got it.
And maybe start with something like, "you're all very important to me and DH, so we're very excited to have you visit us and baby in the hospital soon after the birth. However, because we faced some challenges with our first born, we were hoping to outline a few things we feel strongly about and we hope you can respect them." Then maybe soften some of the language?
