Actually, we do have reason to worry because the entire reason vaccines work as well as they do is because of herd immunity, which very likely has protected you throughout your life. Vaccines dont just protect those who get them, they also prevent the disease from spreading and thus getting to people that arent vaccinated. If, however, vaccination numbers drop a lot, herd immunisation will be gone and the diseases will have free reign again, which means the diseases will get to people that cant get the vaccines because of medical or age-related reasons.

This!!! There was a measles outbreak in Disney Land because of people "choosing" not to vaccinate. Please, please, please do not let these horrible diseases come back. Vaccines are truly a miracle drug if such a thing exists.

One of my good friends has CF (cystic fibrosis) she is unable to get vaccinated because of it, she had a terrible reaction to a flu shot when she was younger and almost cost her her life. Not Vaccinating does hurt others around you, you may not realize that. If every kid is vaccinated in your unvaccinated child's school, the vaccinated child can still carry the disease home to the unvaccinated baby that's too young for a vaccine: therefor getting the very young baby very ill, and possibly causing death !!
You can be a carrier without getting sick.

My UO is that I wish people would realize that the search function doesn't appear on the app....at least not for me and my friends. I can search within a thread but I can't search thread topics. No one has said anything directly to me and I think I'm pretty good about looking for topics, but when people are snarky about the search thing it irks me. Sorry I can't sit on a desktop or laptop all day!! Lol

I don't really understand why you're arguing? The search function is there you're just not seeing it. It's not an UO, it's human error. The app isn't different for each person. It's there, we are all telling you it's there. You're just looking in the wrong spot.

I literally never said fast food equals measles. That was someone else's assanine analogy. I also think Christianity is a crock of shit but I'm not telling anyone they're too naive to realize that. I'm sorry your hubby has a weak immune system. But injecting my child with formaldehyde and other chemicals known to cause disease as much as they MIGHT help is not worth it to me.
