I have already gained 23 lbs ( 19 weeks tomorrow ). However, I did gain that within the first 12 weeks and haven't gained a pound since then....so I guess I feel a little better? :-$
I'm really struggling with body confidence right now. I'm not used to looking so big, particularly my arms. Trying not to let my lack of confidence show, but it's going to be a hard 20 more weeks.

I feel you. I am bigger than I was with pregnancy #1. I wonder what will happen after I give birth.
:-SS
Hang in there mama. You're beautiful and strong, and growing a baby.
My fiance' recently became a big fan of tying me up in the bedroom... My confession is that the only real reason I enjoy it too is because now I don't have to do a thing. ">
I eat more sweets than ever before. And dairy, which I had a hard time with prior to pregnancy. So naturally, I've had 2 milkshakes this week. More than I've had in 10 years. You'd think I'd be gaining weight like crazy, but that's not the case. Its confusing.
I was too lazy to walk downstairs to the dryer this morning for a clean pair of pants, so I just threw on the same pair as yesterday and wore them to work...I did muster the energy to iron them, at least. :-S

I gained 20 lbs in the first month, and have only gained about 5 since... don't sweat it, it all evens out in the end!
I am always feeling uhmm frisky lolz to the point that dh tells me to slow down! He's been working more u know to save up for baby expenses so he's tired always. He does take care of business but I WANT MORE!!!! I don't tell him or hell feel bad !
Since getting pregnant our diet has gone so down hill. My twins are 2 and for their entire life we've been doing the whole clean eating thing with the occasional delivery pizza which I would make them something else to eat. Since getting pregnant they've had more Mac and cheese and delivery pizza than they had in their first two years. I feel so guilty about it but I try to remind myself this is just a season of life and we'll get back to healthy eating. I think I'm finally turning the corner and being able to eat like a normal person again.

lol you need to pass me some of those frisk vibes. I'm complete opposite. Poor husband of mine.
I ate an entire chocolate mini cake over the weekend by myself and I ate 2 cupcakes last night after dinner. I'm planning on working out tonight...hopefully!
I can so easily eat a large bag of Salt & vinegar chips, Sunchips or Pirates Booty by myself... anything crunchy and salty I can't have "some" I need ALL.

I am right there with you. I totally can relate. A few break downs along the way already with some encouraging words for strength and reassurance. Remember we are beautiful and we are growing a precious little life. (Sometimes I have to tell myself that a few times a week.) Hang in there, mama! We can do it!
I RARELY drank soda pre-pregnancy (maybe once every few months) but now I probably drink soda once or twice a week. Whenever we go out I always order one, mainly for the little bit of caffeine to stay awake past 9:00pm and because water feels so boring when out with friends! BUT I do make sure to not drink too much caffeine and I avoid diet because of the artificial sugar. Cherry Coke is my FAVORITE.
My husband and I aren't the best with pelvic rest ~:> we've given in twice... And then feel really guilty. Iv never bled or had any cramping after but I know we need to listen. Hoping it will be lifted on the 8th!
My husband has been very kindly making me breakfast every morning (he did before I was pregnant too, but first trimester nausea, I couldn't take it so he started again), but I haven't been eating them. I try, but I'm just not feeling breakfast. I feel so bad, and he would be so mad to know I am not eating enough in the morning. But if I say anything, I feel like he'll never make me breakfast again! He rarely, if ever makes dinner so it's usually the only meal he makes for me. Ha ha I don't want to lose that!
@BrooklynBroussard no offense taken. I don't know those women personally or care to. Imo that's what they portray. Nor did I mean to "offend " anyone . I will however refrain from using the terms if it bothers people.
I ate an entire box of Velveeta shells and cheese at midnight last night. Then I was disappointed when it was gone and cried because I didn't have another box.
My husband has been irritating me to astronomical levels these last couple of months. We've argued twice in the last month. Most recently, we got into a fight Sunday night. He still hasn't spoken to me. But I continue to do my wifely duties: cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. I tried speaking to him yesterday and texting him I love him but he continues to ignore me. He's acting like a child. I honestly thought about staying in a hotel for a couple of days so I don't have to be around him... His behavior isn't conducive to keeping myself and the baby stress-free.

i gained 15 in my first and until last week hadn't gained any more. My midwives don't mind because i tend to lose in the 3rd tri. No shame!
I am slightly annoyed that the royal family chose the name Charlotte. Our top pick for a girl name is Charlie, which is commonly short for Charlotte. Charlie has been my dream name for a daughter since I was in high school...and now it seems as though it might become popular (or already has) even though we don't want to use 'Charlotte'. Oh well!
I should add that I know that I do not have 'dibs' on any name and think that Charlotte is beautiful as well. I just thought Charlie would be somewhat uncommon, but maybe not!
I promised myself I wouldn't eat fast foods (well I did have 1 bite from my boyfriends in n out burger because it was just screaming at me!!!) in that promise I also included to not finish an entire coke....well this weekend I Prob had an equivalent of 4 =P~ My boyfriend doesn't know that though! Haha! Once monday hit, I've been on a water binge and have stayed away from that oh so very good coca cola!!!!!! ...I'm slowly dying inside ughhhh :-S
I'm 17 weeks, 5 days and still can't feel little miss. I know this is normal, especially since I'm a FTM, and I'm not concerned at all...but I am impatient. So, I keep pushing & poking my belly day & night to try to annoy her into kicking me. Mother of the year already.

I'm almost 21 weeks and only feel slight touches and only if I'm really paying attention. I've resorted to lay on my belly at night to try and feel little miss. My son was a big baby and grew fast so I know I felt him by now and it's been hard not to compare my two pregnancies. I'm to the point that I wouldn't even mind her kicking a rib! (She's way too tiny for that though, I know.
I just gave my 15mo a bath and left her in the living room while I ran to get her clothes. I didn't realize my dog had thrown up and I came back 30 seconds later and she was eating it I'm so grossed out right now. I washed her mouth and hands. I don't know what else I can do...

Hahaha I think that is the normal opinion! My confession is that I kind of love them all even though I know they're fame wh*res lollllll
