So, what did you ladies think this week?

I found Dorne to be underwhelming. I like the pairing of Tyrion and Jorah, but not a ton happened there. And Sansa got raped

The changes with the reason Margarey was arrested in the show rather than the book intrigues me and makes me wonder where we go from here.

Other thoughts?

Edit because Santa didn't get raped...

I will be interested to see how they wrap up this season. I have never read the books so I am in the dark on what all they changed. My fear is that they are going to kill of Margarey who I have really grown to like this season.

My question is what about Bran Stark and will he be back in season 6?

Oh my god, I felt horrible by the end of the episode. Poor Sansa. She really gets the shit-end of every deal in this series.

Lady Olenna is one of my favorites, by far.

I thought this episode was decent.

The rape scences are pretty intense. Between last nights and when Jamie raper Cersie over Joffrees body but the claimed it wasnt rape. Im curious to see the outpour over this one. Theres no way they can claim that wasnt rape.

I dont like what they are doing to the Tyrell story line but hopefully granny comes and saves the day like she did with Joffree.

Im looking forward seeing how Jorah becoming a stoneman will work out.

Hopefully next week we will see more of Dorne and it will get exciting

Favorite part of this episode was all the midget cock talk. Thought it was hilarious

Jaime raping Cersei bugged me because it isn't what happened in the book AND it didn't make sense for where his character was! I get changing book stuff on the show to have it fit better, but that was a change that made no sense. They have consensual sex over his body. It was weird, but at least it fit the characters.

Another rape that wasn't rape in the book: When Dany marries Drogo. Drogo is actually super sweet and considerate in the book. I don't get why the show runners are adding all this rape...

I did not even think about Jorah becoming a stone man! For some reason, I was just thinking that him becoming a stone man would be a death sentence so eventually he would just die off. Also, Peter Dinklage is one of my favorite actors. First heard about him on Nip/Tuck which is another completely addicting but strange show.

Anyone else watch Silicon Valley afterwards? My husband is a computer software engineer and it helps me understand the frustrations with his job. The last two episodes have been pretty good.

I just finished watching it. Bit of an emotional wreck today and totally couldn't handle the last scene, but at least it wasn't as explicit as some other scenes discussed here.

This episode was much better than the previous one, IMO. Don't have much to add (need to let it all sink in for a bit) but did anyone else notice Bronn got nicked by one of the Sandsnakes' blades!? :-O (Or was that the whip and am I just seeing things?)

Um, Olenna is going to bring the sass to Cersei if both her grandchildren are killed off. Her son also needs to grow a pair - maybe he should take note from Daynerys?

Watching that last scene with Sansa was hard to take

. My hope is that Theon goes nuts on Ramsey one of these days and kills him, but alas this is GoT where no one gets what they deserve.

Just caught up!

I cried at the end. So emotional. Domestic rape wasn't a thing back in that type of time period, I hope she cuts off his fish & tackle. Ugh.

There's a similar scene in The Duchess that was so hard to watch too.

WTF is going on with the Arya storyline?

I'm just gonna say, Cersei is going to get hers soon. Can not wait!

True story - Sunday night I looked at my DH and said that if we have a boy one of these days we should name him Jon Snow for first/middle name. That way in his teenage years when he's being a punk I can look at him and go "You know nothing, Jon Snow."

He disagreed, but I'm still working on convincing him.

In the book I don't think Ramsay weds Sansa but a fake Arya Stark. She just got to Ramsay where I left off so I don't know what happens.

There's 5 books so far. They're great.
