Ugh...I can't seem to make my brain stop going over and over all the things I need to do/buy before this baby comes. I bought post partum supplies yesterday. I mean, really...post partum supplies. This is a little crazy, no? I don't need to have any of this stuff ready yet for a long time....

I am in a crazy nesting phase too! It's been aggravating because we are in this (seemingly) never ending moving process and living in our RV while we are waiting for our new place to be ready. Hopefully in another two weeks I can get all the nesting out of my system and set up our new apartment! In the meantime I am just going nuts.

I've felt a little crazy about getting things done, I'm letting myself do a few things at a time and then trying to refocus on some organization on some other parts of my house that need it.

I've tried to curb it by making lists of what needs done and setting daily/weekly/monthly goals. But I just can't seem to help wanting it done NOW!!!

In the same boat. My husband says our LO will probably be a clean freak because I'm now OCD about keeping the house spotless. I scrub the sink 2x a day and wipe it down after every use. EVERY USE.

I feel you!!! I'm in my 24th week and so far, we have done nothing. Not one thing. I JUST started cleaning out the office/catch all room because it's now our sons room!! I feel so overwhelmed, to say the least! Also, I'm kinda bummed because we inherited really nice office furniture that I just realized has nowhere to go?! Funny enough, we have a 4 bedroom house, but yet no room?! It's too huge for the guest bedroom, and I'm not making my DH give up his home gym/fitness room.....so it's gone. SO much to do!! Ahhh!!!

Like I washed and sterilized bottles today....Why? Why would I wash and sterilize bottles today? That doesn't make any sense. And I have piles going of all the stuff that eventually needs to go in the diaper bag but can't go in there yet because it's weird to take your toddler to the babysitter with diapers for your yet to arrive baby in the bag...

Lol - I washed her cloth diapers and then hung them on the clothesline yesterday. I loved seeing them all lined up. This morning I sat on the deck in the sunshine and I put the liners in them, again feeling really productive and ahead-of-the-game. She won't even use them until she's about 2-months old.

I'm going to buy the last few cloth diaper things I need from a friend tomorrow ($3-5 a cover, $1 a prefold, and $7-10 a pocket!!!) then I will wash.

I tried convincing DH that the car seat should be installed like NOW. Which is funny, because were buying a new car this month and will be trading in the one that I tried to put the seat in. Lol

I'm on a super nesting kick too, I even find myself doing it at work. I was looking for a file and next thing I know I'm reorganizing files, labeling drawers, and somehow ended up cleaning the office microwave. What is wrong with me?!!!

Hahaha wow atleast I know I'm not alone now, I've had two skips bins ordered during my pregnancy I'm only 23 weeks, our baby's room use to be the junk room, the closet couldn't be opened and the floor couldn't be seen let alone seeing the roof. It is now all cleaned with a cott, rocking chair, bassinet, play mat, rocker, change table, pram and car seat. Her closet is full with dipers, bottles, first aid kit, clothes, burp cloths, face washers, everything you can think of! I went so crazy and now have nothing to do. I supoose I'll do the gardening and try and get a lawn growing before she is able to play on it. I have another skip bin coming this weekend too because I've found more junk.

The second I found out the gender I went out and bought 22 outfits for him...but for only $90! I keep having to stop myself from buying the items on my registry but I just want everything to be organized and done like now!

I know the feeling. It about killed me to wait until my shower with my first to see what I got. Trying to fit two kids in one bedroom has me stressin' this time. I need to have all the stuff to make sure it all fits!!!

DF is nesting harder than I am - we'll be living with his parents and the other night he couldn't stop babbling about remodeling and decluttering the whole house. I couldn't stop laughing.

OMG yes!!! I really wanna buy the stuff on my registry and can not WAIT for DH to get done teaching for the year so he can move his office stuff out of the room and start painting and putting the crib up! It's KILLING me!!!
