New and need help!

Hi Everyone!! I was diagnosed with Pcos at the age of 16. I have been married since May of 2013. I stopped taking my birth control pills in April of 2013 and had a cycle that month but did not have another cycle until September of 2014 ( 17 months) had another in December of 2014. My husband and I are TTC but finding it very difficult since my cycle is so irregular. I did do one cycle of letrozole( femera) last month and finally had a cycle last week. I know I am new to this but it is very discouraging and I don't quite know they steps to take in this process. I am currently working to get my weight under control but that is a struggle also. Does anyone have a similar situation or can anyone give me any help in this?
