In case here is my granola recipe. I ate up the cookies nonstop and wanted to mix it up.
4 cups rolled oats (old fashioned not quick) 1/4 cup sunflower seeds 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds handful raw almonds 3 T flax meal 3-4 T Brewers Yeast 1 Cup unsweet coconut flakes 4 T Coconut oil (this is what i altered but you could use veg oil or another oil) 1 tsp honey 1-2 box raisins (or another fruit to sweeten it up) Dash maple syrup 1/2 packed brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla Cinnamon - I put a LOT in to make it taste good Dash salt Splash milk/water to make some stick together
Mix together. Put onto baking sheet with parchment paper and bake at 275 degrees for roughly 35-45 minutes, stirring once or twice in between. My oven stinks and I used the lower time frame, so it depends on your oven. I eat it in the morning with coconut milk!
