39 weeks 5 days clear discharge?

I keep feeling like my fluid is leaking but I know it has to be a substantial amount if that was happening. So has any other moms out there had clear discharge this far along in the pregnancy that isn't stringy or anything like that you could feel when walking/moving around and is present when you wipe?

    Yes Im 39w2 and I have that. Not a ton, just a little bit.

    I have had this since yesterday and thought it was my fluid leaking too but it's there but just not enough for me to really say "this is my fluid". I thought the same thing that if its not my water leaking then it's clear discharge and more than usual.

    Okay atleast I'm not the only one lol I know if it were fluid then it'd be a decent amount to soak a panty liner/pad. But I'm just so paranoid I wanted to make sure it wasn't with being close to my due date. The discharge just started happening today so that's why I was thrown off because this whole pregnancy I didn't have alot of discharge

    Yeah same here. Mine happened yesterday but l&d said if it was water leaking it would leak continuously and soak your underwear a lot but also said a little before you go into labor you can have a discharge change as fluids helping to open your cervix and such so let's hope labor is soon for us!

    That'd be awesome lol I went for my checkup on Thursday and I was 2cm dilated and 70% effaced but I haven't had any contractions. How about you?

    Just had my baby yesterday at 38 weeks and 2 days. Don't get too excited, I don't want to jinx you bbbut I had the same thing for a couple days before my water broke. I've heard your discharge just changes right before birth

    I haven't seen my doctor this week but last week I was only 1 cm dilated! I won't see my doctor until Thursday either as he's out of town and having a midwife fill in until two days before my scheduled c section on the 27th! So I'm not too worried about going into labor and such since I know I only have about 10 days left but anytime sooner would be great too!

    I'm hoping that's the case allyshaa I'm due Monday the 18th And alitaylor23 well atleast you have a guaranteed date lol if I go over my due date and don't have my son then I'll have a appt on Friday the 22nd and then it'd be talk about getting induced because the doctor said they only let you go over the due date by a week unless the mother wants to go longer
