Someone posted in the unpopular opinion page that we could all use a little uplifting. I agree. So ladies, what are you thankful for on his Thursday afternoon?
I'm thankful for all 26 of my wonderful pets and furry friends. Could not imagine my life without them. Just enjoyed a nice walk with the big dog and had a wonderful time brushing my donkey.

Re: Thankful Thursday
I'm so thankful for my husband. Yeah he has his annoying moments, but oh gosh does he come through when I need him! Such an amazing man, full of love, and never complains about me not having energy to do much around the house. He's such a hard worker and takes amazing care of us, I'm just so darn lucky to have him. :x

I too am very thankful for my DH. He's a SAHD to our 2 year old DD and awesome at it!! He left his job to be home with her when I returned to work when DD turned 1. He takes care of everything at home and tells me that I just need to concentrate on "family time" when I get home. It's a great relief for me to know that I can go to work and go about my stressful day and not worry about how DD is doing, because I know she is in great hands and she and DH have developed such a wonderful bond with each other! Rockstar Hubby.
(I am also thankful for crisp, juicy watermelon on a nice sunny day) :P
Instead I will day I'm thankful for my job which is letting me telework next week from Cape cod so I can escape my pollen covered city and breathe for a little while ☺
But today I have to say I am thankful for good bosses who understand how hard being pregnant can be. They don't complain when I come in late because of morning sickness or have to miss work because whatever else is wrong. Seriously, it's a blessing.
I am also thankful for Old Navy. Maternity business slacks at the last minute? No problem.
I'm also thankful for my sweet dogs who follow me around all day and are just loving and adorable!
They are compassionate, kind and (mostly) well mannered and I couldn't be prouder.
I'm thankful that my son gets to celebrate his 2nd birthday at his Nana's house, which means a weekend of getting to run around outside in their backyard, play with the dogs, get doted on by his aunts and give mom and dad a break too!
I'm thankful to be almost 20 weeks pregnant with a baby who so far is healthy and active! Despite an anterior placenta, I still get to feel those reassuring kicks.
And I'm thankful that, when my car was rear-ended on the way home from church this past Sunday, no one and nothing was hurt, except the back bumper of the car. But repairs will be covered by insurance since I wasn't at fault.
