I'm into running & I do high intensity spin classes. Just recently with all the fatigue I've only been running between 3-6 miles at a time. The spin classes I attend are very intense. My husband is worried that I may be harming the baby. I know they say if you did it before your BFP then you should be fine but I'm

Mine also had no problem with me continuing to run. Though, the fatigue hit so hard my first pregnancy that I gave it up in favor of walks very early. Still running now, will continue as long as my body is happy with it. I have been taking care to make sure that I slow down from my regular pace so I don't overheat, and will probably be doing more treadmill runs earlier in the summer than I normally do, just to be safe.
