Boobs are basically the same!

16w4d... My boobs are pretty much the same as they were pre-BFP. Slightly... Fuller but basically just like they get before my period, except that they have been like this since February. No real tenderness.. No growing nipples... Nothing!! And everything I read is telling me mine should be huge and swollen and sore and veiny. Not the case! Am I even pregnant! Lol! When do they get massive??? Obviously when the milk comes in but aren't they supposed to grow beforehand? I am a B cup but am on the thin side and didn't even get boobs till i was like 16 lol.... Maybe I'm just a late bloomer like I was ALL MAH LIFE!? Where the mommy boobs at!

Mine never get huge like some others. When I wad pregnant with my first, my grandma asked if the doctor had mentioned that I might have breastfeeding difficulties because my boobs weren't bigger. I breastfed for 10 months+. They're a C normally and a D with milk. I wear my regular bra through pregnancy - for 5 babies now.

Mine haven't grown either and don't look/feel any different. My nips have been sensitive since mid Jan but that is it. I too am thinking they might change once the milk comes in?
  • I'm in the same boat. I'm small cheated so I was looking forward to the bigger boobs! Lol. One of the pregnancy perks! I'm holding out hope that it'll happen!
  • Mine didn't really change with my first. This time (my third successful) is crazy and they still hurt! This is my fifth pregnancy and I have breast fed two babies so I don't know if that makes a difference. DH was super impressed when my milk came in with my first but it was a "looks good, feels bad" sort of situation!!
  • They don't always change. I wouldn't worry about that at all. I had no aching in mind with my first pregnancy and they did end up going up a cup size, but it didn't happen until well into the end of my pregnancy.
  • Mine haven't grown too much, but I'm a large chested girl naturally. I would say my nipples have grown, change color, and my boobs are a slightly different shape haha
  • My sisters didn't grow or change much until my nephew was born and had no problem breast feeding!
  • Boobs are funny. Small chested women want larger and larger chested women wish they could run to the store quick without a bra. Mine have grown some, I'm normally a DD and I'm pushing the next size. I hope mine don't grow more they are in the way enough! Plus the less they grow, the less sagging when they return to normal ;).
  • Mine got huge fast my last pregnancy, but this pregnancy they didn't change Much, they aren't tender for the most part, only time to time... My nipples are sore for most of it !
  • Personally, I say enjoy it. I started at a 36DD. I'm 16 weeks, 2 days and have already gone up to a freaking G cup, which means I've spent a crap ton of money on new bras more than once. My boobs always hurt and I know that when the milk comes in I'll be shelling out more money to find something that fits. Oh, and most stores don't sell my size, so it's all internet ordering.

  • I went from a C to a bursting out of the seems DDD with my first! I also had to spend so much money to find a bra that would fit! It took me a long time! My problem was I still had a small rib cage so finding bras that fit was miserable! It happened slowly through out the pregnancy! Unfortunately after my first I never went down all the way so was still at a DD. And I so don't want to get any bigger! My belly seriously didn't stick out as far as my boobs! It seriously look like I have two cantaloupe melons shoved in my shirt. It also makes me appear heavier I feel. So its not all roses growing either :( so i am a little jealous of smaller boobs sometimes!
  • THis is my third.  My boobs have never gotten larger when pregnant and super lucky me they have actually gotten smaller after each delivery as well.  I;m likely going to need some push up bras after this child.

  • FTM here and I've had two boob growth spurts so far this pregnancy. They've gone up a little more than a cup size and I have bright red stretch marks all over them. Even when I went through puberty I never got stretch marks like this.

  • Luuuuuuucky you! I went from barely a B, perfect sized boobs in my personal opinion. to a c while pregnant and then a D when my milk came in and since I'm still nursing the first They seem to be holding the same size. Thank god. I'd cry if they got any bigger. miss my tiny boobs and being able to go braless. :(
  • I miss being a 32B. Now I'm a 32DD. I love having small perky breasts, and now they just lay there, ugh. Not to mention having to buy new bras, which can get expensive. The grass is always greener lol.
  • I'm jealous. I'm a 36B and mine are now a 38 DD. :( I look like a top.

  • I was happy in 34D. Now I am bursting out of my newly acquired 34DD bras. I don't even want to know where I am going to end up when my milk comes in. These are enough to deal with. And man were they sore! Now it's just really sensitive nipples, but ugh. I would say I can't wait for all this to go away but I know with BF'ing, it'll be a minute :P
  • Mine never really changed with my first pregnancy, and haven't this time either. Being on the small side it would have been a nice perk. They only got a little bigger when I was full of breast milk, which is just uncomfortable.

Maybe the weirdo on here but I am extremely happy mine are still a part of the itty bitty club! Haha!
Mine have filled out a bit- an A cup but pushing for a very fully A/small B cup- and getting big boobs was one of the few things I was not looking forward to. They hurt, or at least mine did when I first found out we were pregnant, they felt floppy, and they felt huge, even though I'm really small.
Totally loving the fact that I'm still a part of the itty bitty titty club!! Woot woot! Bahaha!
  • Mine were the same my whole pregnancy with DS, which I loved! This time, they're huge and I am not a fan! They're itchy and uncomfortable and I know I need to get new bras, but I just don't wanna! wahhhh :(
