I've tried it a million times it hasn't worked yet. I just repeated the process again, so hopefully it works now. If not I usually just paste it from where I created the ticker on each individual post
Ok! I finally figured out the trick! Once you generate your ticker two different types are created. copy the top one. 1. Go to your preferences 2. Signature settings 3. On the far right there is a button that looks like this <>. Click that 4. Then paste your ticker code 5. Save and done!

You don't need to test. If your ticker is saved correctly it will show up when you save it.
remember to click the <> button when pasting your ticker. (click it after you paste)
LADIES, LADIES!! PAY ATTENTION TO THIS, my head is pounding right now.
You do NOT NEED all of these tests. As this PP pointed out, if your ticker is saved correctly, it will show up on OLD POSTS. What that means is you will be able to see it correctly in ANY PREVIOUS POST of yours. If you do not have any previous posts, ONE TEST POST WILL SUFFICE!! If you can't get it to work, keep trying, but come back to check your previous post to see if its there. There is absolutely no need for the repeated test posts.
