I KNOW THE GENDER....but I don't know the gender ...ahhhh!! UPDATTEEEE!!!

DH and I decided we didn't want to know the gender just yet but we also decided that when we did want to know it would be on a beautiful day when everything was perfect so....so what we came up with was to have a card with us where the u/s tech would write it down for us and when we were ready we would read what the card said. ..... Today I went for a apt because I was spotting and it worried me and it was nothing BUT the u/s tech says "do you want to know what your having , because I can tell you now!" I almost cried and handed her the card and explained, she was thrilled lol so now I have in my possession the card that says the gender of my baby .....omg its killing me aaahhhhh!!!! Will I be strong enough to resist the temptation of peeking. I know that if I look I won't be able to keep the secret! :-SS
UPDATE: so I figured instead of doing a new post I'd update this one ...... We decided to open to envelope... It was a beautiful night dh had spend all day talking baby he had been superrrrrr sweet got me everything I craved that day I mean everything and at night he says ...what do think you want to open it??!?! I said open what he says the envelope...I said I thought wed all open it together ?!? He says mhh let's make it an us thing ...he was very exited.....
WE ARE HAVING A BOY !!!!!! daddy picked his name and he will have dh's name he will be a third ...dh is a Jr and his father is Sr. ! What a proud daddy moment !

I had the ob call me and leave a voicemail with the baby's gender (On Wednesday). DH was out of town until Saturday so I had to be on my best behavior....it was so hard. I let my friend listen to the voicemail and delete it. She than went to party city and had a black balloon filled with confetti for DH, DS and I to pop together. I can say finding out together was worth the wait. We are having a girl.

I have my next appointment on the 29th and I'm going to see if the doctor can tell what it is! If he can, I want him to write it down and I'm going to try not to peek! We will take it to the bakery and have cupcakes made with either pink or blue filling and find out with our family if it's pink or blue!!!! So excited!!!!!
