Oh my gosh YES. It's super hard to nurse inconspicuously in public because he basically growls at my boob :P he grunts and groans and coos and growls and talks constantly. It's super funny haha
Yepp. He's way gruntier than my daughter ever was. Even when he's going to sleep...makes me feel like he's gonna wake up at any second. Lol I'm always paranoid at night cause he's so noisy.
It's kinda nice to have the noise though. If I just wait long enough I'll hear a familiar grunt or sigh and I know he's still in there breathing. my daughter was a little noisey but only when she slept, not while nursing or anything lol
Add me to the list of mom's with a grumbler. My LO snores in his sleep, snorts and snuffles like a little piglet when he's really hungry, and if he's stressed or wet and trying to eat, he makes this cyclical grumbling noise the whole time he's eating that sounds like a cranky little old man.
And somehow it's all totally adorable and I love every bit of it. I'm totally smitten with my little spud.
@Peledreamsofrain I am super grateful for Eli's snoring for exactly that reason! Especially when we are in the car... I drive 60-90min each way once a week to visit the grandparents and take care of things in the town we just moved from, and I am always happier when he's snoring away on the drive.
On the rare occasion the he's sleeping in silence, I end up getting all paranoid and panicky. I then usually reach into the back seat and touch his little head and tick the poor little guy off so I know he's okay.
@stellarsoundz I bought one of those mirrors that can suction to the window so I can see her in my rear view mirror while I'm driving since that's when she's the quietest
My baby grunts all the time after a bottle when I change him when he is sleeping when he is awake at night I like it though cause when he wakes up for his bottle he always starts to grunt and groan a hole lot more so when he starts to do that I get up warm it and get it ready it never fails
