What is the best position when inseminating to get pregnant?

From experience, when the woman is laying on her back and I ejaculate into her, lots of the sperm leaks out. My girlfriend and I tried this... I saw pictures online and read stuff that the best way to get pregnant is to put a pillow under the butt and raise our legs and lay there on your back with legs raised. We tried this and a lot of sperm leaked out after we got done having sex and I was helping her raise her lets and putting a pillow under her butt.

We also tried the doggy style position. Now, this did not have any sperm leaking out. I ejaculated into her when in the doggy style position and she remained in that position for several minutes after with her butt raised as high as she could.

So that makes me think that the doggy style position is the best because it causes the lease sperm to leak out.

So what is technically the best position to get the most sperm into the uterus and to enhance conception?

The Great Sperm Race said this, too. I believe that documentary said that if the sex is hot, more sperm may be ejaculated, up to 50% more (compared to "chore" sex).

This is really random, but I have an animal sciences background and this has been shown to be the case in animals, too. If you take time to let the bull/stallion/whatever get a little frustrated instead of letting them just get to it, they have better sperm counts. So, makes sense for people too.

LOL okay so guys should def be able to post on here to get information and all, but good lord that was... graphic.

I'll add on to the fact that any position is fine, and add that there are SO many sperm in an ejaculation that having some spill out probably isn't that big of a deal.

Suggestion to OP to go to youtube and watch The Great Sperm Race. I personally suggest having a few adult beverages along with it. Hilarity and education ensues.

I jokingly said to my fiance that I was trying to remember if we had done anal back in Dec when we concieve (I don't do it often and if we did it would have been during the tww). His response... "Actually I think we did." HAH!! I'm still laughing about it 2 hours later!
