Inducing

so my membrane ruptured but I wasn't dilated anything so I didn't lose hardly any fluid... The dr said to try to dilate naturally if not a csection will be preformed by the 23 of May . I'm only 34 weeks but this is my first pregnancy and I have no idea as to why it happened so early /:
Please help cause I don't want anything to happen to my son

    Well, it's a good thing that your doctor thinks you can still make it to 37 weeks (if I calculated that right)! What do you have to do in the meantime? Bed rest? Just take it easy? Probably drink lots of water. It sounds scary, but I'll hope your doctor has everything under control and it'll all turn out fine! Our babies are big enough now that with some NICU time most of them would be OK if they all came today!

    Sounds like your Dr has it all under control. Rest, follow instructions, and yeah, I'd say probably also drink a lot of water. Frogger is right, even should your baby come now its favorable for their outcome, so try not to stress so you can keep that bun cookin'!

    @Frogger5 I don't know why (pregnancy hormones?) but I can't stop laughing about your post here. I'm imagining ALL of us having our babies today! hahahaha That would be hee-larious!

    They have me on bedrest for now and I'm doing okay but he's a heavy baby he's close to 5 pounds already and yes I'm hoping I can make it at least to 36 weeks .

    He's not big at 5# at 34 weeks! Mine was estimated by US at 5# 3oz when I was 34w 4d and that puts my son in the 56th percentile for weight. They only gain about a 1/2 per week after that until they're delivered.

    I'm 35wks and my baby is 5lbs 12oz. My mfm dr said he is on target.

    We had our appointment today and I'm effaced 35% so I go back Friday to see if anything advanced cause if it does then I have to have him :/
