Age of first timers

Hi,

In the UK the average age for first time mums is supposed to be around 30. I'm 28 now and will be 29 by the time baby arrives.

Just wondering how old other first time mums will be when their little ones come along?

My husband and I told our parents and grandparents, all who are very excited! We are waiting till 12 weeks before we share with everyone else!

I'm 32... 33 when baby comes Dec 3rd! I'm late to the game, haha. Went back to school... Wanted to be financially stable and ready! Hoping to have 2 kids pretty close together.

Well I guess I count since I just have the angel baby. I'm 27 will be 28 next month, so 28 when i give birth.. Same age my mom was when she had me, I'm not the first but I was her most enjoyable pregnancy of the 3

I'm from the January 2016 board, but I'm lurking here too...my EDD is January 2nd so I could very easily end up with a December baby too! I figured I would check this board out. I am actually turning 28 one week from today so that is how old I will be when baby arrives.

Seems like a lot of you around this age too!
