Anyone's Child have Encopresis?

My daughter was recently dx with encopresis and I'm wondering if anyone else has dealt with this before?  We are working with a GI dr, her pedi, child psychiatrist, and a child pschologist and it seems like we have a long road ahead of us.  Just curious as to other's experiences.  I know most of the kids on this board are younger, but I wasn't sure if maybe you'd dealt with it with an older sibling or something.
