Hypoallergenic Colitis

i just found out Tuesday my almost 7week old daughter has hypoallergenic colitis-aka cows milk allergy. I noticed she had blood in her stool so I took her to pedi and this is what she diagnosed her with. Well she said give it a week and if she's it better come back. I noticed a small bloody stool like before yesterday evening and the past 2 days in the morning she had dark green stool. I'm starting to worry. Does anyone else have s child with this allergy? If so is what I'm experiencing normal?
