Back to feeling sick

I'm 14w1d today. I was feeling pretty nauseated with a lot of dry heaving up until 11w, then it just went away. Yesterday it came back. I'm back to feeling sick, and exhausted! Anyone else going through this?

I'm 15+1 today and cant keep anything down so far since getting up. I had had a nausea free week and a half, but now were back to this, darnit
