PP bleeding ? - please help

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone was on the same boat as me.

I stopped bleeding around the 4 wk PP. Went in for my 6 wk check-up (I wasactually 5w 2d), everything was fine and got clear off. We had sex twice within the same week and haven't done it since (sorry if tmi). The following week I started spotting brown, pinkish and bright red. It lasted more than a week. I knew it was not my period because it had no flow (although my vulva felt wet and slippery just like when I have my period). Several days past and I started spotting again. Looks like is the same thing again. No flow, just spotting, but no bright red yet.

Has this happened to anyone else? If you talked to your OB, what did s/he say? Should I be concern? TIA

I bled for a few days now, and continue to, since having sex for the first time post partum. I believe the normal rec is that you do not need to seek medical attention unless you are soiling a pad in less than an hour (maybe two). At 4 weeks, when I had Mirena placed, my 2nd degree tear hadn't healed. It is possible that, if you had a tear, that it hadn't closed and you made it worse...probably not the case, but worth having your OB look at. I doubt anything serious is wrong. Try to not worry and just leave a message for your OB.

I had a small tear, so it makes since that that could be it. Thanks for responding. I was barely able to respond back because my computer has been acting up. Thanks again.
