I'm 7 weeks postpartum and have had a few bouts of fatigue and dizziness hit me in the last day or so. I'm a photographer and had my first shoot since baby yesterday evening and toward the end of the shoot I became extremely dizzy and broke into a sweat.. And this evening after chasing my toddler around the backyard I felt really lightheaded as well. My first thought is that I'm just not used to that much exercise since giving birth as I've only been doing long walks and chasing my one year old around, but then I read the thread about exercising and see what everyone else has been capable of doing already and I feel pretty dang weak! Lol Is anyone else still feeling out of sorts 7+ weeks later?! Should I be able to push myself harder than I am? I'm feeling anxious to start working out more and being more physically capable of things, but it just doesn't feel like I'm back to my normal self yet..
