How harmful to the baby is it if Ur under a lot of stressed? My job is very stressful because of my boss.. there are times were I'm crying at work because I'm so stressed or mad

Stress isn't good on the body not pregnant so I would imagine it's still not good pregnant. If I get worked up and stressed out I try to relax, ASAP. Don't need pre term labor and it doesn't feel great. I'm sure there are studies that show something having to do with stress affecting the baby, but all I know is stress will physically harm our bodies not pregnant. So try to relax a bit? Get a massage, take a walk, get a pedicure whatever helps you!!
