Embrace them. There isn't anything to be done. It is a normal sign that your body is accommodating a growing baby. They do tend to fade on their own post-partum into faint silvery streaks.
Yeah, it's genetics and cream doesn't make a huge difference. If it helps I got serious stretch marks when I went through puberty, figured I was stuck with them forever, but within a couple years they had faded so much you would never know they were there. I'm crossing my fingers the same thing will happen this time - but if it doesn't, you'll still be beautiful, you'll be one of literally millions of women with them, and you can wear them as badges of pride:).
As a lot of people are saying, if you're going to get them, you're going to get them.
That being said, one mom suggested I add Vitamin E oil to the coconut oil I've been using once stretch marks started forming. I've been using the new mixture for about a month and I've noticed they're less red... maybe even fading already. I'm pretty sure Bio Oil has Vitamin E and I know Palmers does... but you can buy just the plain bottle or squeeze it out of the capsules yourself.
Hope it works for you too!

Drink lots and lots of water! It makes your skin more flexible, I guess the word is? It also naturally helps the body heal when it's damaged so it may help the ones you've got if you drink a ton for a long time. I think it's mostly up to genetics, but water does amazing things for skin
There is a lotion in the form of a bar made by LUSH that is for pregnant women, and it has worked awesome so far! I am 26 weeks pregnant and have only a few stretch marks on my breast, so far none on my belly. My mother had horrible stretch marks while pregnant with me, so maybe I just got lucky and haven't gotten any yet or maybe it's the lotion. But keeping the skin well moisturized as the belly grows is a must.
