Breastfeeding question!

Has anyone experienced this-- I stopped breastfeeding over a month ago and it appeared that the milk had dried up. But for the last week or so one of my breast all of a sudden started filling up and I believe it's engorged now but can't get anything to come out of it to relieve the pain. Any suggestions on what to do??? I've heard of ice packs or hand expression but it's not working.

You probably have an infected duct. If you are no longer BFing, then the normal rules don't apply, since you don't have milk to let out the infection. See a doctor and get on antibiotics asap.
