Acne....help!!

Anyone else dealing with pizza face these days? I'm 10wks 4days and woke up looking like a teenage boy during puberty! Never had this during pregnancy with my DD. anyone have any advice or remedies or similar experiences??

    I went to get a facial. Really only a quick fix but I did ask her to recommend pregnancy safe products to me to help my acne which I bought and spent a lot of money on only to get home to see the active ingredient in all of them is salitic (sp?) acid which I believe is a no no. Ugh.
