Our girl name thus far is Violet May. He wants Lincoln for a boy but I work at a Ford Lincoln dealer and that's weird to me

My husband loves Caleb for a boy, so far. We have thought maybe Scarlet for a girl, but I have the feeling that the grandmas will veto that name. We are also looking into family names for possible ideas. Unfortunately, I am the youngest grandchild and a lot of the "good"/normal family names have been used by one of my cousins.

I also like to have the names agreed on as soon as possible. The girl names are always easy for us. Lydia Frances is what we've agreed upon for this baby. Boys names are much harder for us. I like Felix for the first name, but my husband hates it. We both kind of like Henry or Benjamin, but I would like something a little more uncommon. Middle Name for boy is even tougher!

DS is Chase Jagger. DH picked the first name and I chose middle name. This time around I get to choose. I love Jackson for a boy but DH is not a fan and I also love Cash. For a girl my heart has always been set on Hunter but now I am leaning towards Brooklyn. I also love Stella but named my dog Stella so I'm guessing I can't use Stella now either. Seems like Brooklyn is it for me.

We chose Tanner for a boy or girl. If it's a boy it will be Tanner Clayton after my daddy. If it's a girl it will be Tanner Lee after his grandmother.

DH and I have chosen Ronan Dex for a boy and Adalyn Grace for a girl! We'll be happy for a healthy baby, but are keeping fingers crossed for a boy :x

We still have long lists of possibilities for both sexes but my favorites are Beau and Desmond for a boy and Rosemary and Penelope for a girl. DD and DS are Genevieve and Finnegan.

For a girl we've chosen Isabella Carmelita (Carmelita was my DH great grandmas name and Isabella he really loves for some reason). Although I also liked Isabella Winnifred, Everly, Elizabeth Ann, and Della for girls names. For boys we thought we were set on Harry James (My DH's Dads name is Harry Joseph, and my DH's brother's name is Harry-J and the name Harry was the name of my DH's grandfather and great grandfather). But we don't know if we should still use it because now his brother says he wants children and we kinda feel like if he has a boy then he should be Harry. So I figure we'll cross that bridge once we get to it.

I love Charlotte for a girl and Jax for a boy. No middles names and DH isn't committing to anything. He's currently fighting the good fight to find out the gender (I don't want to know) so he's not playing the name game with me :)

Definitely Evelyn if it's a girl (after my grandmother).  If we have a boy, we are undecided.  We have Connor, Colin, John (nickname Jack), and Caleb on our list.

We have Nicholas or Oliver for a boy and
Olivia or Samantha for a girl so far!
  • Options
We are doing Andrew John or Smantha Marie! Middle names are family names.
  • Options
Boys we are considering Malcolm, Harrison, Declan, or Oliver.
Girls we are considering Audrey (family name), Amelia, or Olivia. We've both loved Olivia since we met seven years ago. It's become so popular but we loved it long before that :( so I have to decide if I care about popularity or not.

We want a girl so we had already decided on Kiera, but after we found out we were pregnant we picked a boy name, Knolin. Haven't discussed middle names yet.

My daughter's name is Brinn and I kind of wanted to stay with a "B" name but for a girl I love the name Harper Lynn (husband isn't sold) and I like Luca Drew or Pearson Drew for a boy (again husband isn't sold lol) Pearson is my husband's middle name and I love it and drew is my dad's middle name :) my daughter had my mother in laws middle name so I want something meaningful for middle names :)

If we have a boy, he will be David Andrew.
We are thinking Hannah for a girl, but haven't decided for sure. No idea on a middle name yet either.

Hahaha @ohashfo, My best frined has a boy and a girl, Hudson and Ella!

Girl would be Eugenie McDowell, Eugenie Dowell or Eugenie David ... We have run out of boys names that we agree on for our first 2 boys so.. It's going to be a long discussion :) we might have to find out the gender this go round just so we know if we need to boy name or not (chances are very good we will have another boy)

If we have a girl it'll be Charlotte Rae, Charlee for short and if it's a boy it'll be John Daniel (possible nicknames, Johnny, JD, Jack)

DH is in love with the name Lily. I'm not a fan of Lilian however. He found Lilyana and I really love it. I saw that there's another mom here who has a daughter with that name. His oldest is Marcus Helios (he picked the first, the mother picked the middle), and then our son is Reese Thomas. DH is a third with Reese as his middle name and I was/am super-close to my Pappy and Uncle Tom, so we have Thomas. Some days he's a Reese... other days he's very much a Thomas. But we're thinking Lilyana Kathleen. We have no idea for a boy though... He likes Connor, but I know a ton of people who have Connors. And I have an unusual name, so I'd like to keep this one's name at least somewhat unique.

If we have a girl we are pretty set on Charley Grace. My grandfather passed away last month, after a 6 month battle with cancer. He & I were incredibly close, and he knew we were trying when he passed, so I feel like he sent this baby to us. So boy or girl they will be named after their papa great (Charles for a boy).

We have always loved Benjamin for a boy, nicknamed Benji. Or Oliver or Benjamin Oliver. lol. That was an easy choice as my SO has always wanted either of those to be his son's name and I think they are precious! As for a girl, we are thinking either Laila or Ziana. :-)

Gibson is such a great name! I like the names Esme, Flora, and Celia for a little bit of uncommon girliness.
  • Options
We have not agreed in a girls name, but we like Madisyn. I love Madisyn Alexa and Madisyn Paislee. For a boy hands down Keegan Anton (anton after my father who passed away in '12)

I love the name Isabeau for a girl's name, but DH won't go for it. So Isabel it is.

We're team green and planning on going in with a couple options, but so far the front runners are Anna Kay (Annie) and Calvin Samuel (Cal).  Both first names have family meaning as well as the girl middle name.
