I had to buy a wrist brace, but as my pregnancy goes on, the worse my hands feel. Putting my hands in warm water helps as well. I've been told it should go away after the baby is born, so keeping my fingers crossed! Well, I'm mentally keeping them crossed.
I'm having this too. It's like a mix of my hands falling asleep and carpal tunnel. I may try and get a brace too. At night it's the worst and it even wakes me up. I do take Tylenol when it's really bad. Oh and I keep dropping things because my fingers are so weak. Argh!
I've been having the same issue. I had an appointment this morning and my ob gave me splints for both my wrists and dx me with gestational carpal tunnel.
THIS! this literally just started happening to me - less numb and more achy, almost like arthritis. I'm 38 weeks this week, so I'm hoping I can just control it with tylenol, and it will go away when my little girl arrives - I'll probably mention it at my appointment this week.
I had that a few weeks ago, i would actually lose sesation in 2 or more fingers but i was lucky enough that it went away on its own, my hands are still swollen but i find that holding them up help, if you're walking a long distance don't keep them dangling and try to defy gravity.. Good luck!
