  I voted for Rose because Rene is a men's name in my mind. Pairing Julia - super feminine - with a mans name doesn't match to me. The feminine version is Renee. Renee is a very nice choice though. Good luck!

  Rain was the first name that came to my mind when i opened this thread. Rene is a mans name though so i voted Rose

  I like Julia Tilly. My name is Julia but Tilly isn't my middle name it was suppose to be apart of it I have two middle names the nurses looked at my mom weird for wanting to give me 3 lol

  Renee is the feminine spelling. I voted for Julia Renee because it's lovely and different. Rose is nice but has become a "filler" name, would only use if it has family significance. Definitely like Renee better.

  Julia Renee, but only if it's spelled like this (or Renae, I guess, that's how it was spelled for my aunt's mn back in 1957 and mine in 88).
  
  As everyone else has said, Rene is the masculine version of the name.

  If you spell it Renee than Julia Renee is lovely
