How big is baby?

Has anyone gotten a growth ultrasound recently? DD was measuring 4 lb today at 32 +1 today. I'm scared she's gonna be huge!

    Also, all the past growth US I've had (with 1st baby) were +/- 1 lb.... so based on the 4lb estimate, baby could be 3 .... or 5!!!!  ;)

    Last week at 31 weeks our measurment scan said our boy was 4.5 lbs.. doc said she wasn't worried though, everything else was good and he could of just had a growth spurt. We go for another scan tomorrow, I have a weekly visit, and hope everything continues to look good.. good luck to you!

    Ok I don't feel so bad. I was starting to get the impression that she's going to be big. DD was 6 lbs even at 38 weeks when I delivered her and I'm over here thinking crap I have another 8 weeks to go!

    I had one at 30 weeks last week to check my placenta positioning and babe was measuring 3 lbs, 4 oz.

    At 30 weeks I had a growth scan and little man was measure 2 lbs 15 oz I'm 32 weeks now

    At 30 weeks 4 days my little girl measured 2lbs 13 oz, which the dr said is the 21st percentile and we will just check again at next appointment to make sure she doesn't get Into lower than the 10th percentile. When My 5 year old was born she weighed 5lb 15 oz so I'm not expecting a huge baby this time, although it could happen!

    That's exactly what I thought when they told me 4lbs today I'll be 32 weeks tomorrow. Yikes hope he isn't huge.

    I had a growth scan last Wednesday. I was 32 weeks. Baby girl "weighed in" at 5lb 3oz.

    No worries! I just make big babies. DS was 8lb 13oz when I was induced at 39weeks.

    Twin a is 3 lbs 12oz and twin b is 3 lbs 4 oz at 31 weeks. I hope they keep growing and growing and growing.

    My Lo is 4.7 lbs at 32 weeks. I go in once a month for growth scans because of my thyroid condition and the specialist said she is right on point in the 68%. She said the optimum percentile is between 50 and 75.

    scans are notorious for being off...but i had one at 26 weeks that measured baby at 2lbs 0oz.  we were also told she had a "small head and short little legs."  DH and i are not large people, nor were we big babies (he was under 6lbs and i was 7lb 1oz) so we would be shocked if she was big!

    At 32 weeks I was told 5lbs 6oz. Baby is Measuring on the larger side... They will do another scan in 4 weeks.

    I'm 31 weeks-- and at the past three appointments, the doc hasn't done anything but listen to BPM and take fundal height.

    Is this scan something I should ask my doc for...? I feel like a dummy...

    We had our growth scan at 31 weeks 3 days and baby boy is weighing 4 pounds 11 ounces! His daddy was 3 weeks early and almost 10 pounds. I guess he's already following in his daddy's footsteps!

    I didn't know anything about a growth scan either... If u find out let me know! All they do is measure and listen to her heart beat.

    Not everyone has one - usually they are only done when there is some concern.  If you have GD you will almost definitely have one.  I had one at 26 weeks because my fundal measurement was 3 weeks ahead.  But if everything looks normal, it is unlikely that you will have one at all.

    baby boy weighs almost 5 lbs....at 33.5 weeks. :)
    i have gestational diabetes so im hoping he doesnt get tooooooo big considering i got 7 weeks left to go.
