Infertility graduated here trying to help someone on another forum I go to who would like info on the Dr in Chicago. She has been through multiple IVF cycles at RMA NJ and is devastated that she might have to move on to DE. I have seen post about this Dr, but don't know details about what she does. I just know she has a wait list. I am hoping I can link her here and you ladies can help her out. TIA

I am sure that the person was talking about Dr. Kwak-Kim at Rosalind Franklin University. She is an OB/GYN that "specializes" in reproductive immunology (reproductive immunology is not an offical specialty, but only a few doctors across the country are experts in the subject). Dr. Kwak runs a thorough battery of both immune tests and the most thorough clotting panel I have ever seen. She also checks blood flow to the uterus, which if poor can prevent implantation.
I am a KK patient and had 3 failed IVF cycles and a failed FET with donor embryos before consulting with her. We did a 4th fresh IVF (which was converted to a feeze all due to lining issues) and now 2 attempts at FET (first cancelled due to lining issues) under her care. My first transfer with a full immune protocol is tomorrow.
DH (32): SA is ok, slightly low morph, normal SCSA Me (32): Slightly low progesterone, hostile CM, carrier for CF, Moderately high NKC, High TNFa, heterozyogous mutated Factor XIII, and +APA
October 2012-May 2014: 4 failed IUIs, 3 failed IVFs, and 1 failed FETw/donor embryos
November 2014: IVF w/ICSI #4 Agonist/Antagonist with EPP and Prednisone, Baby Aspirin, Lovenox, and IVIG for immune issues. Converted to freeze all due to lining issues. 2 blasts frozen on day 6!
January 2015: FET #2 Cancelled due to lining issues
Everything Twinkie said. I have been her patient for 2 & 1/2 years and did a few natural cycles under her protocol ( although I didn't do IVIg) that didn't work but I have issues. When I followed her protocol to a t I had success, Before that I had done two transfers and they failed. They are wonderful and do everything they can to help you and then once you have success they are your best friends and there to keep you feeling confidant and hopeful. I love then so much and recommend them to anyone.
Re: Dr. in Chicago need info for someone **siggy warning** IF graduate!
