Honestly I don't care for either. Emerson is masculine and Cameron paired with Reese is very masculine. I vote something like Elin instead of Emerson or Camille/Camilla instead of Cameron,
Neither one is really my style, but I prefer Cameron. I actually like a PP's suggestion of Cameron Rose over Cameron Reese. I'm just not a fan at all of calling little girls Emerson.
Cameron over Emerson, please. Emerson (even though it's been popular on girls lately) is not a female name. Or what about Carmen? Sounds a little nicer than Cameron tbh
Feedback on this board is typically anti unisex names (and against any typically masculine name on a female), so you may get a lot of responses about that. I actually like quite a few names that can be used on both girls and boys. I don't see what the big deal is about using a typically masculine name on a girl as long as it is spelled correctly.
That said, I like Cameron. I grew up with a really awesome friend (a girl) named Cameron, so I have a great association with it. Since it is used on both males and females, I'd pair it with a more feminine middle name, since Reese is also used on both.
I also like Emerson, nn Emme/Emmy. My vote would be Cameron Rose.
I would actually suggest hunting for a new name with a different ending sound. Right now, you have a DD with -an, and your current options for the sibling both have -on, which is very similar. Perhaps search for a name with a -y, or an -ie, or an -a ending. That way you have some variety between siblings. For example, Camilla instead of Cameron would be lovely. Good luck!
I voted Emerson, but actually like the name Cameron or Camryn better. I just don't like Cameron Reese. It's a bit of a tongue twister, and I wouldn't do 2 unisex names. Cameron Rose or Hope or something is much better.
I liked the name Emerson when we were naming my daughter, my husband (like a lot of these comments) thought it to be too masculine. We went with Emery instead. But from your two choices, I like Emerson rose! I think pairing a super feminine middle name with a unisex first name is pretty!
I feel strongly that names that end in "son" should be avoided for girls. So if you're sold on those names, go with Cameron. I would also use a feminine middle name to balance it out. Cameron Rose would be the best out of all of those options.
I noticed that you spelled the name both Cameron and Cameran in your OP. Go with Cameron if you're on the fence. That's the common spelling.
Re: Emerson Rose or Cameran Reese?
I like Cameron better than Emerson. I personally like Camryn but that is just me. I voted for Cameron, though I do agree that Reese is too masculine.

Or what about Carmen? Sounds a little nicer than Cameron tbh
