How is everyone feeling? Started classes yet? Any new cravings?
I'm feeling good besides occasional pelvic pressure down there. Sex is becoming more difficult as my belly and slow motion like self gets in the way. We are starting classes tonight! (Lamaze, all about babies, breastfeeding). I've gained about 20 lbs but all in belly and so far NO stretch marks!!!
Re: How are the June 21st-28th moms feeling?!
We're doing a one day childbirth course this upcoming saturday that will cover lamaze, birth, breastfeeding etc... Wondering if that will be informative or just scary lol. Weight gain has been steady but healthy and thankfully no stretch marks just yet.
Hope all the late June ladies are feeling good!
I have had some back pain which I dislike a lot. I've never had back pain before so it's a new feeling.
Otherwise, waddling away happily.
OP you didn't ask, but I'm feeling great! Due June 2.
Now I'll be snarky (since you set an expectation for it) - I'm glad to know that you are totally down with excluding people.
Ooooooh yeah...participation! I'm doing great no major issues since the beginning of the pregnancy, really wishing I had an early June DD and super jelly of moms who are almost there. Scrambling to buy a car and set up a nursery since we only just got back state side.
Now how about the ladies with placenta pervia, LED candles in their hospital bags, at least two cats, and with a c section scheduled June 26th between the hours of 8am and 1pm? HMMMMM?
Anyone?
There that should open things up nicely.
Seriously I know this post was super exclusionary but part of me feels the secret warm fuzzies since I never win the "due date twin" thread lottery. But I still love all you other guys SO MUCH!
Sorry I lack the emotional maturity to express myself in any way but gifs.
I don't think I've laughed this hard before 9am before.
Also - just for an additional chuckle, I've had two very sane and respectable friends tell me with completely straight faces that they're taking in LED candles and asked had I heard of them... Should of seen my face...
I know right. I think it must of had a little accident laughing so hard.
@mellymar, I love ya girl, and I wouldn't take the starting of this thread too personally. Two weeks ago there was one that was all about the first week of June. I don't think the OP was intentionally trying to start anything or hurt anyone's feelings on purpose. It's kinda nice to know the ladies who are your due date twins or at least close, because you tend to relate to anticipation and anxiety levels for certain bench marks, like today (30
Weeks! Only ten more to go!).
I'm exhausted...can't sleep much at all, bad heartburn, and have a 9 month old to follow around! I'm torn between wanting to have this baby right now and wanting to keep her inside and enjoy my DD on her own for the last 10 weeks
Babies are so much easier to care for on the inside
